Signs or Pressure Plates?[]
Now that one batch makes 3 signs, is it still more efficient to use pressure plates? 208.81.184.4 19:35, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
- These tutorials are in desperate need of repair/revision/deletion. Technically, by making 3 pressure plates rather than a batch of 3 signs, you save a stick. However, signs are generally more useful and don't click like pressure plates. So it's really up to you. Qcdynamics 20:52, 20 September 2012 (UTC)
Still Works[]
The version in the video works in 1.7.5. You just have to drop the boat through a hole in the top instead of glitch it through the block. 173.218.94.191 20:30, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

The water tram works in 1.7.2. Just build a launch area for boats like this: P=Still Water W=Flowing Water S=Block

Outdated[]
This tutorial is completely outdated. Boat mechanics have been overhauled since the 1.9 update, making the information in this tutorial irrelevant. I will move it to the “outdated” section of the tutorials main page.
