The wind horn is an artifact that can be found within the various missions of Minecraft Dungeons.

Usage[]
The wind horn emits a circular blast, pushing back mobs a certain distance away, and slowing them down briefly. If a mob is too close to the hero, it will not be pushed back (but will still be slowed down). The wind horn can light up non-attackable mobs that aren't affected by it.
