Estimated completion: TBD -- Update: Fri 10/20 11pm UTC - We have encountered some unexpected issues. Our staff is working around the clock to complete this process as quickly as possible. Drops[edit | edit source]
- See also: Pumpkin and melon farming
Each melon block normally drops 3–7 melons when broken or pushed by a piston, or 9 melons when broken by shears.[Bedrock Edition only] Breaking a melon block with a tool with the Fortune enchantment will increase the potential number of drops by 1 per level, to a maximum of 9 melons. Breaking a melon using an item with the Silk Touch enchantment will cause the melon to drop the melon block instead of melon slices.
