This article is about users' measurements of performance of the Bedrock Edition version on various hardware and software. For the hardware performance of the Java Edition, see Hardware performance. For the iOS version hardware performance, see Bedrock Edition hardware performance (iOS).

Notes

  • From 0.11.1 and up, Android 4.2 "Jelly Bean" or greater is required.
  • All devices running ARMv6 or have no support for "Neon" are not able to run Minecraft.

Ematic 10" EGD213 Android 4.4.2 Slight Tested on version 0.11 b10, Slight lag on this tablet due to the fact of having only 512mb of ram, but with the quad core processor it makes up for it. I recommend having the render distance at half, although if there isn't many buildings around go for the full render. Lags more when there is a massive spawn for example in multiplayer.

HTC One Android 4.4.2 Depends on View Distance selected On version 0.8.1, runs 50+ fps when at full graphics, as long as View Distance is at notch 1 or 2 (out of 4). At notch 3, game noticeably dips into the 40 fps and at full View Distance - although it looks spectacular on a 440 ppi glossy screen - the game hovers around 20 to 35 fps. Worth noting that frame delivery is very consistent: no micro-stutter perceivable at any graphics setting. Stock ROM, no overclocking. Device tested with Power Saver disabled and plugged into mains power. For no lag install CyanogenMod 4.4.4

If not, turning fancy graphics off and keeping the view distance fairly low keeps it playable (30+fps).
