Preview and draft

Hey there, I noticed you edited Bedrock Edition guides/1.9 a lot recently. While it's nothing of a big deal, I suggest you use the "Show preview" button right next to "Save changes". Or, you can also save a draft of your edit (next to "Show changes"). This would help in having the recent changes less spammed and help to figure out, what you're trying to do with your edits. ---- Elite hog (talk) 16:29, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

Edit on Smelting

Hello, I wanted to let you know that in this edit to the Smelting page, you (perhaps unintentionally) reverted the article to a revision from mid 2018, which removed a lot of newer info and history entries. I'm not sure what your intention was in that edit, but I've reverted this change. –Sonicwave talk 06:29, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

Yes, this was unintentional, like look at my edit summary, how does this happen, i tried to fix 'upcoming java edition 1.13' becuase that was heavaly outdated. I'm not autopatrol or Patroller or whatever so like i cant even revert multiple edits at once, this might of been intermediate edits, mu account got hacked? idk.The BumblebeeBee 15:33, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
If you want to revert multiple edits, compare the most recent edit you want to revert and the edit before the first edit you want to revert and press undo, it won't tag your edit with rollback or undo but it will let you undo all of the edits. — Godslayerchickennugget (talk | contribs) 15:43, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
Thank you!The BumblebeeBee 15:57, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
You might have been viewing an old revision that still had the upcoming 1.13 header (in which case there would be a "Revision as of X" text at the top); clicking the "view" tab should take you back to the latest revision. –Sonicwave talk 18:06, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
Something else is weird, notice how i did 2 subsequent edits but i never reverted my own change, how did that happen???The BumblebeeBee 18:52, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
by far the weirdest thing is that none of the edits after mine, until yours, reverted mine. Though it was mainly Ip adresses, a person with pro status, Elite Hog, din't revert my change. Notice in the previous revision, he reverted a change. This is very very VERY VERY odd. The BumblebeeBee 17:50, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

Your signature

Hey, just a note, when you're signing your username on talk pages, just put the code --~~~~ at the end, do not write your username directly. A shortcut to doing this is to press the signature button which appears right next to the Bold and Italics buttons in the top left of the editing bar. This sequence of characters, whether typed manually or using the editing button, will automatically convert into links to your username and talk page which is far more convenient than simply listing your name. Additionally, you can customize your signature by going to your preferences and editing it at the bottom, being sure to comply with the rules listed at MCW:SIGN.--Madminecrafter12 (Talk to me | View what I've done) 20:27, 1 August 2020 (UTC)

i do! why did you say i did not? Humiebee 21:03, 1 August 2020 (UTC)
Oh, then did you customize your sig so that it just shows your username? If so, you'll need to change it so that it links to your user page; see MCW:SIGN for more guidelines.--Madminecrafter12 (Talk to me | View what I've done) 21:14, 1 August 2020 (UTC)
Well i changed it to this, also added contributions. (Humiebee (talk) (contrib)) Humiebee (talk) (contrib) 21:35, 1 August 2020 (UTC)
That's perfect; thanks!--Madminecrafter12 (Talk to me | View what I've done) 21:51, 1 August 2020 (UTC)

It appears that UCP reset your signature

The UCP update reset everyone's signatures, it appears that you haven't fixed it yet, as shown in MCW:ADMIN. Just saying, consider changing it back to what it was? Blockofnetherite Talk Contributions 19:59, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

Ok thx for the info, changing it right now.Humiebee (talk) 01:37, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
Looking at your recent edit on MCW:ADMIN, this appears to be  Done.

Hardness of smooth stone

I ran a little test to see how long it takes to break cobblestone, stone, and smooth stone with just fists. For timing I used the stopwatch on my phone, so the times include my reaction time. Five trials each.

Time in sec Trial 1 Trial 2 Trial 3 Trial 4 Trial 5 Avg
Cobblestone 10.48 10.27 10.33 10.33 10.39 10.36
Stone 7.76 7.90 7.84 7.76 7.84 7.82
Smooth Stone 10.30 10.32 10.25 10.41 10.33 10.32

These results are consistent with Smooth Stone having a hardness of 2 (the same as Cobblestone) and are inconsistent with it having a hardness of 1.5 (the hardness of regular Stone). I found similar results for Smooth Sandstone, so it seems likely this is a property of Smooth variants in general. Arkaenum (talk) 18:54, 2 August 2020 (UTC)

little question?, what version?Humiebee (talk) (contrib) 21:49, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
also, the hardness for smooth sandstone is 2, yes, but smooth stone has one of 1.5 so........... also this wiki documents hardess values of java editon (as obsidian on bedrock has a hardness less of that then java but not documented on the wiki).
This was in version 1.16.1, Java Edition. Also edited with new username. Arkaenum (talk) 0:32, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
Hmmmmm............. don't ask me, as i don't have java edition, try posting this on the smooth stone talk page, the community portal, or the admin noticeboard, also why did you ask me in the first place??----Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 21:08, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Repurposing pages to redirects

Please avoid changing pages marked for deletion into unrelated redirects (like at https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Scottish_Steve&action=history); that makes the page history confusing (and possibly containing vandalism) and essentially allows regular users to "delete" pages without allowing an admin to review it first. –Sonicwave talk 19:08, 6 August 2020 (UTC)

Oh ok sorry----Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 19:18, 6 August 2020 (UTC)

Spelling of Channelling

Below is a screenshot of my Bedrock Edition with the double L spelling of "Channelling".

Thanks for the image! I have 1 question, should we put the name as what the code says (also do /enchant chan (don't press enter8 and you will see 1 letter) or what the book says?---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 15:12, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
Huh, that is interesting that it's different in the code to the actual in-game display. We could style it like "Displayed as Channelling on Bedrock Edition" rather than "Known as ..."? Minomelo (talk) 18:49, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
I guess, you can do it, i'll do other stuff---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 18:50, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

How did you get the 'Pro before your name? -Minecraftdabest!

You just be an active editor, go to the help wiki for more info, sigh---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 15:15, 19 August 2020 (UTC)
Comment I think (but am not too sure) that PRO can be obtained by spending money. However, I got it the free method: simply contributing enough to the wiki in the month of July. What happens is that I made enough contributions on July, and when July ended, Gamepedia decided to give me PRO. You can get PRO if you contribute enough to the wiki in August. If you do, by the end of this month, you may get PRO. Good luck, Blockofnetherite Talk Contributions 19:35, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
Umm, you never pay for pro. What is gamepedia Youtube Premium?---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 19:37, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
They actually did use to offer PRO for money years ago. Needless to say, no longer. --AttemptToCallNil (report bug, view backtrace) 19:37, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

Piglins are neutral

You are involved in an edit which you called Piglins hostile so i undid your edits TheGreatSpring (talk) 02:30, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

Because if you wear gold armor they will become neutral so they are neutral. -49.146.40.160 22:34, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
That's if you wear gold armor, not if your not wearing it, also they are hostile by default.---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 22:36, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
I know that drowneds are hostile but piglins are neutral because if you wear gold armor they become neutral 49.146.40.160 22:41, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

That's for the passive argument, i'm still asking questions---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 22:53, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
You seem to be confused about the definition of neutral mobs. Neutral mobs are sometimes hostile, sometimes not - hostile and not hostile are behaviours, whereas neutral is not, neutral is an artificial category of mob classification. Piglins are hostile if the player is not wearing gold armour or provokes them, and not hostile if the player is wearing gold armor and hasn't provoked them. Thus, they fit the definition of neutral mobs. Blue Banana whotookthisname (talk) 07:47, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
Just saying, how they spawn/appear to be without player interaction does not define how the wiki calls them. Spiders are a good example, they spawn in darkness, and are hostile in darkness, yet they are classified as neutral because they have both agressive and non-agressive (when in light) behaviors programmed in. This is the same for piglins, they have agressive (adult and player not wearing gold) and non-agressive (child or 'adult and player wears gold') behaviors. The community portal has a talk page section to rebrand/refine the terms used, please take further arguments for/agains there. Dhranios (talk) 22:59, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

Hey, i don't know if i am doing this right but actually, David said in his current livestream at twitch.tv/cornerhard that it was an honest mistake and he is not sure of the actual date --TestedSokr1 (talk) 20:54, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

Archiving

Hi! I appreciate your effort of archiving CP discussion, but typically, they should be closed and left for a bit, with arhcivings being done en masse every once in a while. This helps people see the conclusions of discussions. -PancakeIdentity (talk) 04:15, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

Oh, for the PS4 redirect one, I already created all the redirects so theres no point of keeping the discussion, for the others, I gave a reason with a dummy edit, thanks for the info though! Its just kinda hard to navigate with all the discussions, I'll try not to overuse it!---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 12:57, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
I archvied some others as well but those had either been done, or had zero support.---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 00:28, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
PancakeIndentity's point stands. Sections are usually left on the page even after being closed, and then groups of sections are moved to the archive after a few months so that all the sections are in chronological order (sorted by the last added comment).  Nixinova T  C   21:48, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
Last added comment? Oh, i'll cleanup the page immediately.---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 21:50, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

it says on your user page that you made 4418 edits, 247 page creations and are level 82. That ios old because now you have over 5000 edits, your level 83 and have created 280 pages. Would you mind updating this information? James Haydon (talk) 16:41, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

Minecraft Dungeons DLC pages

There is a unconfirmed user who seems to be making incorrect edits to the DLC pages. I may be wrong but just wanted to say

Yea i know that user, Humiebee had warned them in the past, and i had to undo pretty much all of their edits. James Haydon (talk) 18:23, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
