(untitled)[edit]

whats that program u use to get the map layouts of Minecraft Dungeons levels called? It looks so cool honestly. James Haydon (talk) 04:51, 21 August 2020 (UTC)

I use https://framedsc.github.io/GeneralGuides/universal_ue4_consoleunlocker.htm and https://docs.dungeonsworkshop.net/resources/ . I open the console then I use the nextviewmode command to get to the QuadOverdraw lighting mode, it removes fog so i can get a clear image, then i just set the fov to like 120 and enter the toggledebugcamera command. Then you can fly around freely without fog! I also think that is how some youtubers get the 3D thumbnails. I read the tutorials at both sites. --HNaledi123 (talk) 05:45, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
Ok ill check it out, its looks kinda complex tho James Haydon (talk) 06:10, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
BTW i learned how to install and run mods on dungeons and managed to get a couple working. James Haydon (talk) 08:28, 21 August 2020 (UTC)

Icy Creeper[edit]

Where did the icon for the Icy Creeper on the Dungeons:Mob page come from? It looks much better than the actual texture (or lack thereof) in-game, but I haven’t actually seen the one you uploaded anywhere other than here, let alone the full body texture. Just curious. -70.163.162.115 21:41, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

Yes, sorry for the late reply. I just made it in paint.net with a frozen overlay i found from the game files, and the creeper face. --HNaledi123 (talk) 13:23, 17 September 2020 (UTC)

Merchant Images[edit]

I see you changed the imaged of the merchants in the camp, how did you take those kind of shots, did you use an external program to do it? James Haydon (talk) 15:51, 25 September 2020 (UTC)

I use https://framedsc.github.io/GeneralGuides/universal_ue4_consoleunlocker.htm and https://docs.dungeonsworkshop.net/resources/ . I remove the HUD, with a hotkey you can set yourself, i believe it is "DEL" by standard. And go into the menu by pressing escape, that way all hud is gone. Then i enter toggledebugcamera in the console, and fly freely. --HNaledi123 (talk) 19:50, 25 September 2020 (UTC)
Okay i weant to try it too, maybe you could tell me how to do it in detail. James Haydon (talk) 22:10, 25 September 2020 (UTC)'
Okay, i'll try to. You first want to download https://framedsc.github.io/GeneralGuides/universal_ue4_consoleunlocker.htm The download button on the webside is on about Row 12. When you have donwloaded it, unzip it with whatever program you use. Then open up minecraft dungeons, and start it in OFFLINE mode, wait untill you get to the camp, and then execute the "UuuClient.exe" file (Inside the folder you unzipped earlier). When you are in the camp, with the UuuClient.exe started up, select the process minecraft dungeons inside of UuuClient (it is in the General tab). Then press inject DLL. That will have activated the console inside MCD. To get the console to pop up, you may have to change keybinds inside the "Configuration" tab of UuuClient. With the console open, you are almost able to go into freecam. But to activate commands in console, you will have to type "enablecheats 1" in the console. And then lastly to enter freecam, you will have to enter "toggledebugcamera" in the console. And you should be good. Helpful extra commands and tips are found at https://docs.dungeonsworkshop.net/resources/. --HNaledi123 (talk) 06:30, 26 September 2020 (UTC)
Ok i got some cool images using this program, it so cool. James Haydon (talk) 22:46, 27 September 2020 (UTC)

Creating sprites for dungeons levels[edit]

So i saw that you added the level sprite for Cacti Canyon, so i anted to make some for other levels, but i dont really know how. Can you give me some info on how to create a sprite and add it to this wiki. James Haydon (talk) 16:26, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

Happily, yes. first, a question, have you ever used the "Sprite Editor" before? --HNaledi123 (talk) 16:27, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
No, Never did. Can you tell me how to access and use it. James Haydon (talk) 16:28, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
Okay, the sprites are stored at Template:DungeonsLevelSprite, to edit them, press the "Edit Sprite" button at the top of the page. Then you can add a new image, and give it a name. Images should be 16x16. To make the pages, you need any image editing program. I use paint.net, it is simple and relatively powerful. --HNaledi123 (talk) 16:54, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
Okay ill try that. James Haydon (talk) 17:08, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
How do you change the image size to 16x16. James Haydon (talk) 01:04, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
When you make the image, you set the canvas size to 16x16. And do pixel-art. I am unsure what you mean?--HNaledi123 (talk) 05:39, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
Ok i figured that out, i made sprite icons for several levels. James Haydon (talk) 18:52, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Realistic Wretched Wraith[edit]

So i took the face of the Wretched wraith and put it in an image depixeliser, what do you think.

It is even more of an abomination than the jungle abomination, and it doesnt even have abomination in its name!--HNaledi123 (talk) 09:33, 2 October 2020 (UTC)

Custom Minecraft Dungeons Texturepack[edit]

I noticed in your updated version of the redstone golem image, you had some kind of detailed texture pack enabled. Can you tell me what its called and where to get it. James Haydon (talk) 02:57, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Howling Peaks Locations[edit]

How did you get the locations for the Howling Peaks DLC so fast? James Haydon (talk) 04:27, 6 October 2020 (UTC)

This website got some inside info from mojang and yeah, https://www.windowscentral.com/minecraft-dungeons-dlc-howling-peaks & https://www.windowscentral.com/check-out-sneak-peak-future-minecraft-dungeons-updates-minecraft-live & https://www.windowscentral.com/minecraft-live-howling-peaks-dlc-announcement. --HNaledi123 (talk) 07:18, 7 October 2020 (UTC)

Howling Peaks in hero pass[edit]

How is it not included, doesn't the hero pass let you access all the DLC's? James Haydon (talk) 20:15, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

From https://www.minecraftdungeons.net/en-us/: "Minecraft Dungeons – Hero Edition includes Minecraft Dungeons – Standard Edition Hero Cape 2 player skins Chicken Pet 2 DLCs" Also, some other place on the website states that it is the first two DLC's, so no picking which two ones. --HNaledi123 (talk) 20:33, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
Okay but those articles were most likely made long before minecraft live 2020, so the might be outdated. James Haydon (talk) 22:26, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
No, a developer recently has confirmed a season pass that will include the next 4 DLC's, and that the Hero Pass will not include any of them.--HNaledi123 (talk) 08:09, 14 October 2020 (UTC)

Noticed Something[edit]

On your user page, specifically in your friends section, i'm now listed as a friend, but it says "NineTreyBlud added a link to Minecraft Dungeons:Page on Minecraft Dungeons:Page". Is this a reference of me constantly appearing in your notifications/watchlist or something like that? James Haydon (talk) 22:10, 20 October 2020 (UTC)

Yeah exactly, i thought it would be funny. —HNaledi123 (talk) 06:07, 21 October 2020 (UTC)

End DLC[edit]

Since that guy keeps adding back speculation, maybe its time to report him on the admin noticeboard. James Haydon (talk) 19:38, 21 October 2020 (UTC)

Oh never mind he got blocked for a week. James Haydon (talk) 19:44, 21 October 2020 (UTC)
