Temporary, potentially long term list of future "bulk" maintenance task ideas I'd like to perform (tasks that need full article namespace or whole category browsing):
- Browse through all pages on the quick reference page and patrol/fix what I can (next page: Red Nether Bricks)
- Collapse double spaces
- Add dots to snapshot/version page sentences
- Applying
{{article}},{{snap}},{{bug}},{{cmd}},{{drop}}and other link templates to article pages where missing - Replace
<code></code>and<code></code>with{{code|}} - Replace British English words in article space such as "colour" and "behaviour" with their American counterpart (I don't like it, but that's the wiki language)
- Standardize the intro sentence of articles that mention multiple names, using either
... / ...,... or ...or... (...) - Separate each history change (delimited by pipes) into their own lines
Ideas for more narrow but complicated tasks:
- Rework the version nav template with more intuitive arrow links
- Convert the patroller request script into a widget (and add fixes & more features)
- Rewrite / simplify the whole heading of the patroller requests page
