About Me
==== Hi! My online handle is Apollyna, but you can just call me Apo for short. Lots of people want to call me Apolly instead, which strikes me as odd. I've been playing MineCraft since Beta 1.2 on a friend's account, but finally bought Minecraft for myself sometime in the spring of 2011. (Beta 1.6.3)
==== My first world was World 4, and I made a small house on top of a mountain. :3 Even now, I have a compulsion to build in and on mountains and cliffs.
==== My favorite things to do in MineCraft include building houses and making friends!

==== I've visited quite a few servers, but I can only call some of those home.
==== My first server experience as Apollyna was on a server called Mikrocraft. I spent a whole day carving a house into a cliffside and making it pretty. The next day, I came back to find it totally griefed and robbed. After no response from staff, I packed up and left.
==== I found Mind-Craft. Even now, I feel that it was the best server of its time. It was a wonderful place where I made many friends, and maybe a few enemies; but I will always look back on those times fondly. I began as a normal member like anyone else, and through showing my dedication to building pretty things, making newbies feel welcome, catching griefers, etc., I became a moderator. After that, I was promoted to Admin and then even Co-Owner. I take pride in saying I treated Mind-Craft like it was my own, and its members like family, through thick and thin.
==== Unfortunately, Mind-Craft had to be shut down due to monetary problems and the founder / main operator going to college. While I was sad to see my first real SMP home go, I still loved the game. I played on single player for a bit while occasionally checking to see what kind of servers I might like to join.
==== While browsing the forums, I found a little then-unnamed server advertising itself as "mature builders only". It was brand new and offered all the benefits of being one of the first members to join. I was interested, so I applied and was accepted. So far, I've contributed the server's name (FizzleCraft, which I chose based on the owner's username, xPhizz) and a few little houses here and there. It's a nice, peaceful place with friendly people. If it weren't whitelist-only, I'd recommend it fully.
