do we REALLY want that header there? it makes it VERY easy to vandalise this page, what with the edit option for the template appearing in every place that template is used.--Kizzycocoa 06:40, 30 August 2010 (PDT)

imo a header isnt even needed.Toadbert
It really isn't. It was just there for demonstration. Gone now! Codewarrior 15:21, 30 August 2010 (PDT)

Portal Block[edit]

I think the Portal block should count as a non-solid. It's not exclusively found in The Nether and it's not solid. –The preceding unsigned comment was added by PurpleKiwi (Talk|Contribs) 09:03, 5 November 2010. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

It already is? ultradude25 (T|C) 00:29, 5 November 2010 (CDT)
This tempate says it's a Nether block.--PurpleKiwi 01:20, 5 November 2010 (CDT) (sorry I forgot to sign the other one)
Ah yes, you're right; I must be going blind. Fixed. ultradude25 (T|C) 06:24, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

Link to parent[edit]

I think the title of the box should link to the Blocks page. It'd make the title that dark blue all hyperlinks are though, so a bit harder to read. Thoughts? JaffaCakeLover 12:54, 6 November 2010 (CDT)

Someone's already done it - I was looking at the Blocks page itself, so the link didn't show up. fair enough! JaffaCakeLover 16:05, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

Add images to template?[edit]

Following on from the images added to the mobs template, I was wondering if adding images to this template would be useful. There's a work-in-progress template on my user page, what do others think? DannyF1966 06:58, 9 November 2010 (CST)

Ok, I've finished adding images to the template, although I notice a couple of edits have been made to the original template since I started. The new template is still on my user page, let me know if I need to change anything else before putting it "live" DannyF1966 09:16, 9 November 2010 (CST)
only the removal of Redstone (dust). it doesn't belong in the block template IMO :P--Kizzycocoa 09:34, 9 November 2010 (CST)
If Redstone (dust) doesn't "belong" here, then why do Torches, Ladders, Flowers, etc. belong here? -- Toshu (talk) 09:58, 9 November 2010 (CST)
Ok, it's gone live now, I'll leave it to others to argue about what should and shouldn't be in there! DannyF1966 10:24, 9 November 2010 (CST)
redstone dust is the item, the drop-shaped dust. it's wire and torch that are items. flowers are blocks too technically. as they're placeable. you cannot place redstone dust, as it is an entity. you can try to place it, but you will really place redstone wire.--Kizzycocoa 16:35, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Ah, you have a point. In that case, a lot of the information on the Dust page is kinda useless and/or redundant. A lot of it just talks about Wire. -- Toshu (talk) 16:44, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
To be honest, I find it ugly and hard to read. Looked better without the images. ultradude25 (Talk|Contribs) 22:49, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
I don't mind if they're removed, really, but I don't think it's a good idea to have images on the mobs template but not on the blocks or items templates. DannyF1966 22:59, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Well the thing about the images on the mob template is they're nice and clear, whereas these are hugely down-scaled versions of my renders, so they've lost all their detail. IMO, perhaps it'd be better to have a flat texture for the image like the mobs page. Although I don't know what to do about blocks that don't use the same texture on all sides. I guess just use what ever side seems to stand out the most to help you tell what block it is? ultradude25 (Talk|Contribs) 23:11, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Agreed, I thought the same when it was a work in progress and I'd only done the first line. Some of the images work better than others, but scaling them to 25px would make the template too big I think. The images look good on the data values page at 25px though. DannyF1966 18:06, 9 November 2010 (CST)
I happen to have textures separated/enlarged. not all textures, but most. I was making a steam map, but gave up mid-way.--Kizzycocoa 08:52, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
Can you upload what you have and put them in a new category "Template Textures" please? DannyF1966 03:31, 10 November 2010 (CST)
I'll find/upload them. I don't have them all though.--Kizzycocoa 03:58, 10 November 2010 (CST)

I've uploaded them all. I don't have special textures (water, fence, portal), and no icons beyond the halloween update. also, the chest icon seems to be courrupted, along with the solid gem blocks. but most are there!!!!!! ^^--Kizzycocoa 04:39, 10 November 2010 (CST)

Thanks, I'll take a look and put a new template on my user page for review :-) DannyF1966 04:45, 10 November 2010 (CST)
no problem! and I look forward to it! :3 --Kizzycocoa 04:49, 10 November 2010 (CST)
Template now available for review on my user page :-) DannyF1966 05:08, 10 November 2010 (CST)

What about minecart and boat? On Minecart's page, it's "solid block" type (if this is accurate...), and on Boat's page, it's an "item" type (so I'll understand if boats aren't in this template). --meioziz 08:03, 10 November 2010 (UTC)

Ah, I see them in Template:Items. Does this mean the Minecart's page needs to change the type to "item"? Also, are they really items? I thought items are all 2D sprites you can pick up. --meioziz 02:05, 10 November 2010 (CST)
Well, both the boat and the minecart have data values above 255. So yes, they're technically items that create interactive 3D entities when placed into the world. --Barracuda 06:48, 10 November 2010 (CST)

ok, well, we have to choose. this template, or this template.

I vote #2--Kizzycocoa 16:24, 25 November 2010 (CST)

Me too, because it's easier to identify the icons for the blocks in template #2. Just fix the gear icon and I don't think air needs an icon. Metalhannes 16:48, 25 November 2010 (CST)
I also like the flat textures rather than the iso renders, makes it a lot easier to see given the small size in the template. --Lordebon 16:52, 25 November 2010 (CST)
ok, so, 0 for this one, 3 for the second one. any other people want to cast their thoughts into this page?
I vote for the one on my user page (I'm not biased, I put the pics into the other template as well!) Having seen them both, I think the flat images work better at the small resolution than the 3d ones. --DannyF1966 15:45, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
(Oh, and the one on my page may be slightly out of date by now, so don't just copy and paste it without checking it against the master copy first) --DannyF1966 09:45, 26 November 2010 (CST)
I vote for the 2nd one, I'd implement it even, but I don't really have the time at the moment. –User:Ultradude25 (User:Ultradude25/t|User:Ultradude25/c) at 23:45, 27 November 2010 (CST)
Second one. It's easier to identify the blocks. I think they need an outline because it's hard to see the white blocks like snow and cloth on our white background. --Scykei 00:09, 29 November 2010 (CST)

I've updated my template to reflect recent changes on the actual template (moved mob spawner to "Natural", Jack-o-Lantern to "Manufactured" etc. All indications are that everyone's happy with the look of the new template, so if I don't hear anything to the contrary I think I'll implement it in the next 24 hours or so. --DannyF1966 06:40, 2 December 2010 (CST)

Why are some still iso images? --JonTheMon 14:40, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
some images still haven't been uploaded.--Kizzycocoa 14:42, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
Hmm, my preference would be to have all the images one way or the other, aka, leave the iso images for now, since they are a complete set. --JonTheMon 15:18, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
I was just about to upload the missing images to find that Kizzycocoa's beaten me to it :-) --DannyF1966 15:52, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
I found all but portals. I swear to hell I saw it in terrain.PNG, right above the water in a similar 5-square layout.--Kizzycocoa 16:01, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
Well, all but stairs is non-iso. However, I would kinda prefer a side view of Iron, Diamond, and Gold, since I think most everything else is side view (and the gradient is different). --JonTheMon 16:03, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
yeah, I'll do that in a while. also, that IS the side view. see the current version of Minecraft.--Kizzycocoa 16:33, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
Hmm. I see. Don't mind me then. --JonTheMon 10:21, 2 December 2010 (CST)
no problem. in fairness, there was a side texture. but now, it's all one texture. not sure if it was intentional or not.--Kizzycocoa 16:33, 2 December 2010 (UTC)

So we're as ready as we're going to be to implement the updated template? No objections from anyone? --DannyF1966 09:16, 7 December 2010 (CST)

nope! fire away! ^^--Kizzycocoa 11:26, 7 December 2010 (CST)
I saw that there wasn't a side view of portals, but what about stairs, doors, fences and levers? --JonTheMon 17:49, 7 December 2010 (UTC)
portal=texture needs finding.
door=got one, not used?
stairs=L shape cut-out of wood.
fence=no idea.
lever=the lever stick in the terrain.png

Images Missing[edit]

Where did they go and why were they removed? If this was due to an outside discussion, it would be kinda useful to have it documented in some form here. --JonTheMon 14:51, 14 January 2011 (UTC)

Found: User_talk:Kizzycocoa#Block_template --JonTheMon 14:52, 14 January 2011 (UTC)

Now that the templates have been improved, and include other templates and so on, can someone who'd been involved in the improvements write some documentation on how the templates are now used? This is so that others will be able to edit/maintain the templates as new blocks are added in the future. Does the documentation sub-template work on this wiki? --DannyF1966 12:26, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

  • Why is the template so long, and why does it look so weird? Change it back to not taking up the whole page.--Coupon22 22:33, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

Shouldn't the "Crops" link rather be "Wheat"? – Scaler (t) 10:48, 19 January 2011 (UTC)

Should sandstone count as a manufactured brick now that it occurs naturally? do we consider smooth stone or glow-stone manufactured because it can be made artificially?

Repeater image[edit]

What's with the ladder used as repeater's image? Is it just a placeholder until we get a real picture or has something gone awfully wrong? TheKax 14:47, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Looks fine to me. Try doing a forced refresh (ctrl+f5). --JonTheMon 15:22, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Sponge, not removed.[edit]

The Sponge has not been removed, just made unobtainable. Why can't we just make another group saying "other" and place it in there?  YaYaBinksMinecraft  (User:YaYaBinksMinecraft/t|User:YaYaBinksMinecraft/c) 17:15, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

"Removed" as "removed from the gameplay". The fact that the bloc is not really removed from the game and still present in the source doesn't need to be specified in the nav-bar. A short sentence on the bloc page is enough, I think. – Scaler (t) 17:46, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
Please talk properly on the wiki.  YaYaBinksMinecraft  (User:YaYaBinksMinecraft/t|User:YaYaBinksMinecraft/c) 15:33, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
What is that supposed to mean? Keep in mind that other people may not be native English speakers (Scaler is French, according to his userpage), or they may have trouble communicating fluently in written English for one reason or another. Scaler's meaning is quite clear from his message, so I don't see why you're complaining about him not "talking properly". ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 18:23, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

New Template Needed[edit]

The old template was centered and oddly stretched down the page. I suggest someone make a new one that fit well with the page. Mjbmitch 20:06, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure what you mean; could you get a screenshot and upload it somewhere to demonstrate what you're referring to? ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 23:05, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

Mystery Block removed?[edit]

I just don't think the Mystery Block should be classified as removed. Removed implies the block was in the game but later taken out. However, this is not the case. --A2w

I think there should not be the mystery bloc page. Look at the spiderweb in e terrain.png, there's no page about it. Calinou - talk × contribs » 14:58, 8 April 2011 (UTC)

Using this template with Internet Explorer causes each object to be on its own line. This causes the template to take up a ridiculous amount of vertical space. This does not happen with Firefox or Chrome. As IE is free there should be no need for me to upload a demonstration image as anybody here should be able to access the problem themselves (if I am incorrect please let me know). As this wiki is supposed to be optimized for all potential viewers, I believe extra effort should be made to make the template function with IE, despite some editors' opinions on said browser. I don't know wikiscript well enough to fix this myself. Frozenne 04:15, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

This is almost certainly because of the "width: 1%;" CSS statement in the "groupstyle" parameter. Considering the navbox is going to be forced to full-width on all but the widest screens anyways, because of the number of items on one line in the "Manufactured" group, this particular CSS rule is pointless anyways, so I'm just going to remove it. Out of curiosity, are you using IE <= 7? The problem you describe only happens for me when viewing the template in IE 7 standards document mode (I use IE 9 and don't have access to earlier versions since I'm on Win7 (so no IE < 8 anyways) and don't want to downgrade because of the difficulties associated with that. ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 04:55, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Actually, I'm just out of it; the contents of the "groupstyle" parameter shouldn't directly influence the contents of the "listX" parameters (unless someone mucked about with {{Navbox}} at some point). ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 04:57, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
I cant' access IE, I have a Mac. Btw it works fine in Safari and Opera. --Rocĸetor talk 05:09, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

This template is messing up! There isn't the image for the Redstone dust, the Trapdoor sprite it's the one of the Redstone dust and there aren't the sprites for the Tall Grass, the Fern and the Dead Shrub. Also, the Dead Shrub link brings me to the Tall Grass page! --Ua 13:54, 27 May 2011 (UTC)

Clay removed?[edit]

Should Clay be placed in the removed section as there is no legit way to get without hacking? YoshiRider9000 22:59, 30 May 2011 (UTC)

you can get clay legitimately, you find it naturally. It's not very common, but does spawn. Unless i'm missing something that 1.6 did Deanm 23:15, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
I think its a bug but it doesnt spawn in new chunks or seed as of 1.6 YoshiRider9000 23:19, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
Damn, that sucks. I loved clay, good thing i'm an OP on my server :) Deanm 00:00, 31 May 2011 (UTC)

Cyan Flower[edit]

"Stop removing Cyan Flower unless you have a citation from Mojang."

Personnaly I would rather say: "Stop adding Cyan Flower unless you have a citation from Mojang." Without this, it is pure speculation that those flowers will be added. – Scaler (t) 18:00, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

Scaler is right here, on Jeb's twitter he has clarified it is not planned anyway. Here is the link. So it should be removed from the 'Planned' section. I'm new so I'm not sure how to do this myself but anyone who strolls along here would you be able to? --Shearerlol 18:48, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
The link you added is about the PC edition, but nothing stops them from appearing in the pocket addition.--Yurisho 07:28, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
We have a link to flowers in there already. Case closed. End of.--Kizzycocoa 08:33, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

Technical blocks are only for pistons?[edit]

Sure, right now all the technical blocks are part of pistons, but they have the potential to become more than that, and that alone, IMO, is enough to keep them out of the piston area in the template, and let them stand alone.--Yurisho 18:02, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

Fence Gate Planned[edit]

Could some add a link to the planned fence gate? I can't figure out how XD Nsqrl7 02:56, 20 August 2011 (UTC)

Dirt Slab removed from "removed"?[edit]

It was there for about 3 days. Is it just classified as a slab now? MarioLuigi2010 23:56, 29 August 2011 (UTC)

Yes, it was merged with Slabs, so there's no point in keeping a separate link for it on the navbox any more. ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 00:42, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Sand and Sandstone[edit]

Should Sandstone be considered a form of Sand? Granted they're closely connected, but they have totally different properties as blocks. Siphida 18:00, 6 September 2011 (UTC)

The snow link leads you to the block modifier instead of the block. Shouldn't that be changed? Arceus79

Never mind. I just noticed that snow blocks are under manufactured blocks. Arceus79

Manufactured vs Natural[edit]

With villages and strongholds and whatnot, should many of these manufactured blocks be placed in "natural"?-- 23:56, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

No, because the blocks had to be "manufactured" by whomever "built" them. I know that it was placed by the terrain generator, but the intent is for the player to know that there are man-made structures that weren't build by them. Superfield 02:56, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
Ok then. So should the stone brick and its variants be placed in manufactured with the clay bricks?-- 19:57, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

Block 44^6[edit]

Block 446 should be removed from this template, as it is simply a block with a damage value that exceeds the accepted damage values, and simply resets back to 0 damage value when placed. Many other blocks do exactly the same thing. (like wool block with a damage value of 16, reverts back to damage value 0) --HexZyle 09:32, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

The only difference between overdamaged wool and overdamaged slabs are that the slabs can be placed if hacked into the inventory. Instead of having the top texture be a single square and the sides be two rectangles, the top texture is applied to all sides. This is most visible when you make a full, two-slab block of the material. Verhalthur (talk)(contribs) 18:20, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
Wait, I thought that when it is placed it reverts to a wooden slab. And wooden blocks have the same texture on all sides anyway. The only reason it doesn't crash now is because Notch added support for more slabs (Stone Brick and Brick) --HexZyle 18:49, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
The new double slab (Which may or may not be added to the game at some point) is currently a fully functional block. It just cannot be obtained without 3rd party tools. The block is actually a unique block, looking different from any others. Therefor I think it should stay in the template... But I'm only one person.
Cossacksson Talk Cont 19:56, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
The slab has the texture of the top of the regular Stone Slabs applied to all sides. It looks kinda neat, actually. Verhalthur (talk)(contribs) 19:58, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
Hmmm. Are there other glitched blocks that could be placed in a new section? (like a glitch section, rather than the unused?) If so, we could make a new template and shove 'em all in there instead. Seems wierd to have a block in the unused section if it wasn't made by notch in the first place to be not used. --HexZyle 01:45, 1 October 2011 (UTC)

I think farmland isn't a technical block, but rather a utility block. I change the section, but revert if you want.--Ua 16:50, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

It cannot be obtainable using legitimate methods and is used functionally to facilitate farming. Fits the definition of a Technical Block perfectly. Verhalthur (talk)(contribs) 17:35, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

Lantern "removed?"[edit]

If it was never even in the game, I don't see how it can be removed. MarioLuigi2010 13:48, 19 November 2011 (UTC)

Gear and locked chest[edit]

The gear was never in the game just tested it need to be in the used row not the removed. The locked chest needs to be in the removed because it was taken out it was a joke for April fouls after it was taken out.

---007a83 00:56, 1 January 2012 (UTC)

Gear was a texture in the game, and was a usable block (although it didn't actually do anything but show the gear sprite. It was also shown in a video by Notch.
The only difference between locked chests and sponges, are sponges are in the creative mode inventory. Locked chests are still in the game, and are commonly re-textured by texture packs as extra decoration blocks. –User:Ultradude25 (User:Ultradude25/t|User:Ultradude25/c) at 08:23, 1 January 2012 (UTC)

Too damn big[edit]

The template does not wrap, which results in it extending off-screen. I have to scroll to the right even with my browser window maximized. I think this could be done better. -- 01:03, 3 April 2012 (UTC)

800 pixels is not particularly large by modern web standards; what sort of screen are you using? -- Orthotope 03:04, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
Wrapping is broken on IE. I originally had a style that completely removed text groupings which fixes wrapping in IE (but makes the template uglier), however the browser specific classes were removed in MediaWiki 1.18. I have a few alternate ideas to try to fix IE better, but if those fail I'll just re-add the style with javascript. –User:Ultradude25 (User:Ultradude25/t|User:Ultradude25/c) at 18:53, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
That would be appreciated. I would simply use another browser (as I do at home), but I can't always manage that. -- 22:47, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
The JS has been added, please try it now. It works fine for me in IE 8, 9 and 10, however versions below 8 wrap on every line (which I believe they did anyway, so this isn't causing that). Note that since it is added with JS, it won't wrap until the page has finished loading. This is the best I can do without applying this style to all browsers, which would defeat the point of the wrapping groups we have, and make the template uglier for everyone. –User:Ultradude25 (User:Ultradude25/t|User:Ultradude25/c) at 03:36, 4 April 2012 (UTC)

Link to Disambiguation[edit]

Closed Parathensis?[edit]

This may be a bit of a nitpicking, but there seems to be some closed parathensis missing from the template, namely for the Moss Stone, the Sandstone variations, the Stone Brick variations, the Glass Pane, the Ender Chest, the Rail variations, the Redstone variations, the Grass variations, the Melon Stem, the Huge Mushroom, the Pumpkin Stem, and the Nether Brick Fence. I've set the Latch image in the template to that of the Redstone Repeater, because it's essentially the same item (it's just a repeater in a certain arrangement) as of the implementation in the 1.4 prerelease. Before this, I merged the former article into the latter. I did not however yet directly change the link in the template to reflect the redirect. djr013 (talk) 17:42, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

Should there be a separate icon for the latch, with the small bedrock texture on it? Just for aesthetic purposes. Trigger hurt 18:57, 29 October 2012 (UTC)
That sounds like a good idea, if it's desired in general to refer to the latch as a separate block at all. Technically it seems to be just a different state of a redstone repeater...but I suppose even then it'd be possible to have such an adapted icon under the Technical blocks section. So yeah, good idea, I think. djr013 (talk) 20:09, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Wooden Button[edit]

May i suggest replacing the current spot that simply says wooden button with this code?:

Wooden Button Wooden Button

It doesn't look half bad, now does it? I didn't apply it because i really don't feel comfortable editing a template. Although it could use an actual block image, like the button itself, instead of using File:Wooden Button.png at 8 pixels. #trigger_hurt(I|T|C) 19:37, 9 November 2012 (UTC)

I've added a wooden button sprite similar to the stone button sprite. -- Hower64 12:21, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
Thanks! #trigger_hurt(I|T|C) 16:07, 10 November 2012 (UTC)

BUD Switch[edit]

I'm thinking, since we're adding Daylight Detector, also add a BUD Switch to the planned blocks, since it's also mentioned in Redstone Update.

Block variants[edit]

Do we really need all the block variants listed for Sandstone, Stone Brick and Cobblestone Wall? Variants are the same blocks as their main block and link to the same article anyways. --mgr 15:20, 7 January 2013 (UTC)

Suggestion: "Planned" and "Confirmed" sections[edit]

Basically, "Planned" would be blocks that have been hinted at but nothing has been shown of them yet, (BUD block) and "Confirmed" would be blocks that have been in a snapshot or have been seen on a Mojang staff member's Twitter feed. Bobbysq 15:15, 23 January 2013 (UTC)

problem, The PLANNED section is for things that have been in snapshots. the bud switch and hay bale hasn'tKomaSixx 12:34, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

While I have disagreed with KomaSixx's brunt edits, I do agree with moving hay bale and BUD switch into unimplemented. Planned really should stick to snapshot stuff, as well as what I suggested on my talk page of including MineCon or other big announced stuff, which makes BUD switch "Planned" before today, but now unimplemented. thank you.. http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Category:Planned

This category lists features that have appeared in snapshots but have yet to appear in an update.

Edit the page[edit]

1.5 is in the launcher ready to update in 30 minutes so open this page so we can edit itKomaSixx 13:36, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

For the millionth time, ON THIS WIKI, the planned section is for:

Features that have appeared in snapshots.

the smooth sandstone slab is in the game already..

if you want to go by the rules then follow them and edit this page right KomaSixx 12:34, 14 March 2013 (UTC)

Add Colored wood[edit]

add this "* {{BlockLink|Wood_Planks#Colored_Wooden_Planks|Colored Wooden Planks}}" in the Unimplemented area between Crying Obsidian and The Lantern.

Please fix icons[edit]

i found some weird issues with the icons on this template 1. icons are streched 2. icons are wrong –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Jordini01istheone (talkcontribs) 17:28, 7 September 2013 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

The size of the underlying sprite sheet was recently changed; clearing your browser's cache should fix this. -- Orthotope talk 17:36, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
Yeah thanks Jordini01istheone 13:46, 8 September 2013 (UTC)

Xbox Exclusive[edit]

Shouldn't the Rose be place in an XBox only category, instead on only reflecting it's use in the PC edition? KnightMiner (talk) 18:09, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

Never mind, already done. --KnightMiner (talk|contribs) 03:33, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

Some of these are not needed...[edit]

Are all of the blocks really unnecessary? Some are just a randomly added Damage Value variants, or a block later renamed so we keep the old name here. Why? --KnightMiner (talk|contribs) 01:15, 21 January 2014 (UTC)

Now the most recent two added were the same block by different names... --KnightMiner (talk|contribs) 03:20, 23 January 2014 (UTC)

Barrier Icon[edit]

I was just thinking, shouldn't the icon for the Barrier block be the inventory icon? I can see why not, but I think it would be a better change. --Nemo 21 (talk) 11:46, 30 March 2014 (UTC)

+1 for you. It's not air.

Agreed. MamiZaCraft (talk) 16:50, 11 August 2014 (UTC)

Banners need to be added in the "manufactured" section (I have a image) –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Haykam821 (talkcontribs) at 16:22, 23 July, 2014 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

It was added to the upcoming section, which is better for it at the current time. --KnightMiner (t|c) 18:03, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

End portal, separated from Nether's ?[edit]

End portal (The special, technical block) is now () of Nether Portal, it's "Nether Portal (Ender)", i think it should change to "Nether Portal . End Portal", what's your opinion ? MamiZaCraft (talk) 16:48, 11 August 2014 (UTC)

Cyan Flowers removed from PE[edit]

Cyan Flowers are removed From PE in 0.9, so why is it still there ? It's now just Pi Edition exclusive. Changing this, tell me if it's wrong. MamiZaCraft (talk) 16:59, 11 August 2014 (UTC)

Title link[edit]

Minor thing, but the title should be changed on the load box settings to link to Block instead of Blocks, so there is no self redirect on block. Same for {{items}}. KnightMiner t/c 20:45, 30 August 2015 (UTC)

Pocket Edition Command Only blocks[edit]

Glowing Obsidian and Nether Reactor Core are listed in the Commands Only - Pocket Edition section, yet they can only be obtained via inventory editing and not with commands. Should they remain in the current section, or should an Inv. Edit Only section be added? Jocopa3 (talk) 02:31, 24 November 2016 (UTC)

Perhaps the title could be changed to Commands/Inventory Editing Only? GoandgooTalk
