This template should be used for linking to the Word Of Notch posts, especially in refs.

Usage[]

{{WON|post ID|quote/title|date}}

Consider this Word of Notch post link:

post ID

The quote or title field is simply the contents of the post. Just note that since the quote is used as a link, links within the quote will not function.

The date field is simply the date on which the post was made. Any format is accepted, though it should generally be in the format of "Month DD, YYYY" (e.g. "August 19, 2013") as per the style guide.

The Word Of Notch URL[]

If the post ID is set, the template will produce a standard URL which can be used in most link parameters.

The Word of Notch quote[]

If the quote is set, the template will produce formatted post quote designed for usage in references. The date can also be optionally set to show the date after the quote.
