This template is used to mark pages or sections that are undergoing large reconstruction. This alerts other editors to leave small issues be as they will be fixed by the user carrying out the major edits; this in turn prevents edit conflicts.

Usage[edit]

The template has several main parameters:

  • section is used to specify whether or not you are editing a section.
  • description is used to give an optional description or reason for the major editing session.
  • time is used to set the time when you added the template.

The page is automatically added to Category:Pages actively undergoing a major edit unless the nocat parameter is set.

Example[edit]

Below is an example of the usage of some of the parameters. They are not required and can be removed. However, it is suggested that you include a time in order for other editors to understand the tag.

{{In use|section|description=Adding 1.13 information|time=March 2013}}
