This template can be called to show provide a moralising message to an IP that has contributed to the wiki, and you feel that it's nice that someone without an account still puts the effort to help, rather than to hinder, as many non-registered users choose to do. This is best put on the IP's talk page.
This template will also add your signature and timestamp as with all talk page messages. To change so no signature will be added or another signature, set the "sig" parameter to an empty value or other signature tildes.
