Loot tables[edit]

They generate loot when broken. Thought you should know. Firebastard (talk) 19:14, 28 September 2016 (UTC)

Shulker boxes and explosions[edit]

It would be useful to describe how shulker boxes always drop as an item when broken by explosions.

Done I added it to the trivia section. The BlobsPaper JE2 BE2.png 04:08, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

Not Yet Available in Windows 10 Edition[edit]

Just fyi, as of v.1.0.2, shulker boxes cannot be crafted in the Windows 10 version of Minecraft. You can get shulker shells, but the recipe for making a shulker box does not work. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) at 16:12, February 8, 2017 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

That's right, that's what the page says already. – Sealbudsman talk/contr 21:55, 8 February 2017 (UTC)

Data Values[edit]

This page doesn't have the data values for the different colours like on the wool page. Cherryblossom000 (talk) 14:20, 2 July 2017 (UTC)

It so happens shulker boxes aren't one block with 16 data values, they're 16 separate blocks. So there's nothing to put. – Sealbudsman talk/contr 14:45, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
Yup, it's probably to set up for the "flattening". Wool will eventually all be different blocks as well. --Pepijn (talk) 14:50, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
In PE it's one block with 16 data values. - Cherryblossom000 (talk) 23:15, 2 July 2017 (UTC)

Bedrock 1.2[edit]

The 1.2 update for PE/Win10 is adding 17th type of shulker box (named "Shulker Box", ID: undyed_shulker_box) which replaces the purple shulker box as the base type of box. The purple shulker box now uses the new color palette and is crafting using purple dye and any shulker box. Should the crafting recipes be updated to match this? --Capopanzone (talk) 21:27, 3 September 2017 (UTC)

Of course, it should be. I'm willing to help, but unfortunately I can't contribute at this time. – ItsPlantseed|⟩ 22:35, 3 September 2017 (UTC)
