Hi. Image of version 1.13 horse armors in the History are version 1.14 images. The one older in the image history corresponds to version 1.13. The texture of saddle and metal parts in leather armors were not dyed, which is slightly different from current dying.
Yeah, I had a feeling. They were uploaded together on the same day, but the iron horse armor is definitely 18w03b. I added "Check if 18w03b textures are correct. The iron horse armor is the only confirmed correct one." in one draft, but it might have been overwritten at one point and I didn't realize. Feel free to fix them!
Also, I wanted to thank you for all of your edits whenever I request for textures.
Oh, it seems you mean 19w08a changes. Those were still from 19w08a, which was still 1.14. That must have just been a strange edit. I can change that now.
Edit: It looks like "1.14" was never added to the start of the announcement of leather horse armor, so it just still showed as 1.13 development even during 1.14 development. It looks like none of us noticed until now. I fixed it. Thank you!
