v0.4.0 alpha rev 2 was a minor update to Minecraft: Pocket Edition that was released on September 14, 2012.^[1] This version was exclusively released on iOS to add support for the iPhone 5 resolution and to fix some of the bugs and crashes in v0.4.0.

Added support for iPhone 5 resolution
Creative mode additions:
- TNT
  - Cannot be activated due to absence of flint and steel.
- Trapdoors
- Stone Bricks

Fixes

1 bug fixed

Explosions now destroy the ground.
