These lists note the IDs and dispay names of blocks, items, mobs, echantments, effects, recipes, advancements, statistics, structures, etc., that should probably be changed, with the reason provided.

Most common reasons:

  • Does not follow display name/ID
  • It actually means something else
  • It is not specific enough
  • More official naming

This list is based off of Java Edition, not Bedrock Edition, though a lot of these also apply to bedrock; a separate list for Bedrock Edition may be made in the future.
