1.9.19 is the final update for the New Nintendo 3DS Edition, released on January 15/16, 2019, which added features of the Pocket Edition Discovery Update.[1][2]

Blocks

Concrete
  • Comes in the 16 traditional dye colors.
  • Created when Concrete Powder comes into contact with water.
Concrete powder
  • Comes in the 16 traditional dye colors.
  • Gravity affected (like sand and gravel)
  • When it touches water, it turns into a Concrete block.
  • Can be crafted from 4 sand and 4 gravel.
Glazed terracotta
  • Comes in the 16 traditional dye colors.
  • Can be obtained by smelting terracotta.
Dyed beds
  • Can be crafted with colored wool or by dyeing a white bed.
Shulker box
  • Works similar to a chest, but keeps its content when broken.
    • If it has any content inside, it will drop itself in Creative mode as well.
    • Cannot be placed inside another shulker box.
  • Can be crafted by using chest and two shulker shells.
  • Can be dyed in any of the available dye colors.
Frosted ice
  • Created when using "Frost Walker" enchantment.
  • Cannot be obtained in inventory, even when using Silk Touch.
Magma block
  • Can be crafted using four magma cream.
  • Can generate in the nether.
  • Mobs and players take 1♥ damage every second while touching it, similar to a cactus.
  • It emits as much light as it receives from other sources.
Bone block
  • Can be crafted from 9 bone meal.
    • Can be crafted back into 9 bone meal.
Nether wart block
  • Can be crafted from 9 nether wart
    • It cannot be crafted back into nether wart.
Red nether bricks
  • Can be crafted from 2 nether wart and 2 nether bricks.

Items

Explorer map
  • Can only be obtained from cartographer villagers.
  • Can be used to locate some structures
Totem of undying
  • Can be obtained from killing evokers.
  • Holding it in either hand when the player dies will activate it and save their life.
Iron and Gold nuggets
  • Can be smelted from iron and gold tools and armor.
  • Can by also obtained from iron ingot or gold ingot.
Spawn eggs for llamas, vindicators, evokers, and vexes
  • Used to spawn Llama, Vindicator, Evoker or Vex.

Mobs

Llamas
Vindicators
  • Hostile towards players and villagers.
  • Holds Iron axe.
  • Spawn in the woodland mansions upon generation. They will not respawn.
  • May drop emeralds and an iron axe upon death.
Evokers
  • In battle, they will summon vexes and fangs to attack
  • Hostile towards players and villagers.
  • Will always drop a totem of undying upon death. May drop emeralds too.
Vexes
  • Spawn only when summoned by an evoker.
  • Hostile towards players and villagers.
  • Hold an iron sword in their main hand.
    • Cant drop their iron sword.

World generation

Woodland mansion
  • Illagers spawns here.
  • Can be located with a woodland explorer maps.
Underground fossils
  • Generates in the underground.
Natural magma block generation in the Nether
