Topaz's Minecraft SMP Toolkit (or tztk) enhances the vanilla Minecraft server by providing some useful scripts and in-game commands.[1]

tztk is a management server mod for the official Minecraft Beta SMP server. This mod works by responding to the console logs with built in console commands. It does not modify, inherit, or override the Minecraft Java code, which makes this mod fairly robust to Minecraft upgrades.

"Management mods are commonly designed to make administration of servers easier by implementing tiered privileges for commands. They are frequently implemented as "wrappers" which do not actually modify the main server .jar file, instead monitoring its output and sending commands to it." [1]
