Who? Ultradude? The article title should be following the standard title naming style without capitalized words except for the starting word. If you're talking about me, the correct title for this version is Xbox 360 Edition, not Xbox Edition, therefore all other derivatives should follow the official naming convention. different person: I think they should leave duplication glitches in the xbox. I have a lot of friends that don't like it when you guys patch duplication glithes. If you guys do patch them it's like impossible to get a couple of diamond blocks and armor and neat creations from things you can rarely build. I don't know if you can duplicate on the PC version, but if you can, they shouldn't patch it. Main point: YOU'LL PROBABLY START HAVING PEOPLE NOT PLAY THE GAME ANYMORE IF YOU CANT DUPLICATE.

Shut up and don't post again. It's a glitch that needs to be fixed because it causes the game to become unstable. Besides after the 1.8 update it won't matter do to Creative mode. Beds deleting items?

I'm reading the rules for posting and then looking through the list of bugs, and a large number of listed bugs are NOT being submitted following the proper conventions; notably, Issue Tags and Signatures are not being entered.

Although the bug report itself is ultimately what Mojang/4J needs to hear from us, Please take the time and care to add the appropriate tags. We (the players) do ourselves a disservice when we don't properly identify each issue; As a fellow coder, I know how long and daunting this list could become and before long, the real issues will get lost in the fluffy stuff of "annoyances"...

Multiplayer Bug Fix?

I was reading the wiki and read this:

” Saving in the Nether,exiting the game without saving, and reloading the previous save game will cause the player to be stuck above the bedrockin the Nether. No blocks can be placed, and the player cannot jump off the edge of the map, so there is no way to get back. May be an online only glitch.”

Is there any known solution to this bug? Happened to the only two people I play Minecraft with on Xbox Live and now they cannot continue playing with me. Do they have items on them? I.e. can you possess items after this glitch takes effect? If so put all of your stuff in a chest save flint and steel, repeat the glitch on yourself and then proceed to have have everyone light each other on fire. Eipi10 15:38, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

Dispenser Duplication

not sure if this is known or not, but get a friend, get a dispenser. put a block (any block works, even unstackables such as lava buckets) put it in the middle of the dispenser. have your friend mine the dispenser. check your inventory for a stack of 64 of that item. go to a chest. hold down x to place on at a time (must do this) and fill up a stack of 64, move to next slot, 64 more. exit chest. put the glitched original 64 stack somewhere else (don't drop it, use it, or hit anything with it, your entire inventory will become nothing but stacks of that item. go grab your item from that chest. totally usable duplications of an item. works with diamonds, gold, tnt, iron, rails, saddles, anything. I had this on the actual page a while ago, but it evidently got deleted for some reason. So until I find out why, I'm not going to readd it in case there's an actual reason for it being gone. Hopefully 4J reads the talk page as well

Fixed. 4J doesn't want cheapskates playing the game, that's what upcoming infinite world generation is for. That causes infinite diamonds to spawn...if you want to hunt for them.69.203.156.229 21:45, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

sheep dont grow there wool back

This is not a bug. On the PC version sheep did not regrow wool until a later version. They simply respawn. Eipi10 15:34, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

Repetitive stupidity

This is the fourth or fifth time I've seen someone make a comment about worlds being finite. Where would it be appropriate to put something saying "Yes worlds are finite, this is nothing new or unexpected, stop posting the same inane comment over and over because we'll just remove it"? entering a game from xbox dashboard or other application or game

when my friend invites me to a minecraft game. invite only. then i sometimes get a message saying that i am playing the trial, so do i want to purchase the game. i click purchase and it says play now or cancel. i click play now, and it enters the full game (the same game im playing) and deletes the invitation. the only thing i have for the trial game is a partial canceled download at like 3 percent. i bought the full game and it should be loading only that. of course, i dont think i can access the partial trial download, as i canceled it... unless i get modio...? well, it should be oepning the full game, but it says i have the trial unless i am ingame. i have to be inside the minecraft game for it to never do that. iotherwise its a 75 percent chance or so that it will say i need the full game. sometuimes loads correctly, but other times not. doesnt seem to happen to my friends, but i only asked once.

Go to settings -> memory -> Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Then delete it and re-download it. Fixs the problem 99% of the time.

Mobs & Animals: Bugs

i have had the same things happen as quoted below:

Hitting the mob over and over never kills it, but eventually wears out my sword."

however i wanted to add that every time this has happened when i was using a sword (stone sword), any reduction to the weapons durability is instantly restored when getting the mob into a position in which i could attack it and it could attack me, and doing so without having switched held items, even if the sword previously broke. I have a bug that I played split-screen and saved and exited then got back on. Then when I tried to open a chest the xbox frooze Then later I went on a different wold and the sheep were see through.{| class="wikitable"

Ok again off topic but what the hell... This is a texture bug (as far as the sheep thing goes that is). As far as your 360 freezing it's most likely do to an over heat; turning your xbox off for a bit after a few hours of play sould help prevent this from happening again. It could also be from the same texture glitch (if your system can't find the texture it flips out and crashes). Hope this may help a bit. --Ichi (Talk) 10:25, 25 August 2012 (UTC)

Mob trap: signs bug.

I made a huge mob trap with about 1400 signs. I putted a random character on each sign. When playing offline there is no problem. The signs load there characters in a second. But when playing online it takes a long time to all the signs to load there characters, about 10-20 minutes. And while there are all loading (or maybe up-loading) everybody in the game including myself get huge lags. It starts when you get close to the mob trap and when it starts at first you get about 1 image per second. It gets better when the signs load there characters and when they finish it stops lagging. But the way I see it, it isn't lag but more like the CPU off your console goes sky high and can't keep up the amount of information.

I think its the "awaiting approval" sings that bugs your console as it stops lagging when they're done loading and in offline mode there is no problem.

Code wise it seems wierd to me that signs are re-checked everytime the game is loaded. I mean the wording was allready checked against the filter why check it again. This indeed causes issues like described above and is a quick optimisation win as well if it's not re-checked everytime (plus solving the blank signs issue where they go into awaiting approval if they have no text on them). --95.97.131.78 15:35, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

Stuck in objects

Got stuck in a mine-cart. I ended a railway in a 1 x 3 block long hole like this ¨¨¨\___/¨¨¨ , with deactivated power rails on \ and /, and a standard rail in the bottom. Placed a minecart on one slope, got in, and could not get back out again. I was also unable to destroy/retrieve the cart, and had to quit the game without saving, in fear of being stuck again upon loading.

Deletion of bug reports

I keep noticing that Moxxy keeps deleting bug reports, comments and even issues flagged as fixed by 4J Studios without taking notice of the Page Moderation Guidelines. I've been able to undo them all but he is not being responsive to usage of the guidelines and basically started an undo war.

In an effort to try and be the more reasonable party in this thing I'm starting this discussion about the reports he keeps deleting. Please add your opinion to this discussion, the italic text is what he keeps removing:

[X] You can sleep in a bed with only one block of air above it, and upon waking up your head could be embedded in stone or some other block above your bed, immobile and constantly taking damage unless you destroy the block you are stuck in. :* Confirming, this also happens when you make enclosed bunkbeds that are only open on the side (no air above them), with top bed having 2 blocks of air at the end of the bed (no air above it). Bottom bed seems to be fine, always exiting you next to the bed but the top bed seems to suffer from this occaisonaly. Reason seems to be that it exits you at the head of the bed instead of in the open space at the end of the bed sometimes, where as the lower bunk always exits you next to the bed. No, the original report says: if you have one block of air above it. The comment says it also happens when there is no block of air above it and it says it doesnt happen when the bed is on the ground with air next to it but no air above it. So you confirm the cake gets destroyed and yet you choose to remove it? If a slab is placed and removed it gets returned intact as it is with most things, so this clearly is inconsistent behavior at the very least. This was a feature, not a glitch in this version of Minecraft and will be changed when it was decided to be changed in the PC version. This was not a bug and unsigned so it was removed. --Moxxy 05:28, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

MCX360 is it's own version as stated by both Mojang and 4J Studios, again looking at the behavior of slabs this is inconsistent behavior at the very least; when you remove the stairs you expect to be able to pick them up again not to end up with a plank. --Z Doc 10:46, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Should be deleted or moved to talk page or moved to tutorials as this is clearly not a bug but the reporting party failing to understand how to create dye out of cactus. First of all, I can move on without hard feelings, but honestly stop deleting content without following page moderation guidelines. Say for instance the cactus thing, had you simply copy pasted the report to the talk page here with a comment similar to what I made there wouldnt have been an issue, or copy pasted the deleted report to the talk page of the user page/ip page with an explanation. The main issue is that you delete content without notifying the reporters. You have to remember that people do take the effort to lookup the bug reporting mechanism of mcx360 and make the report. Blatantly deleting reports, no matter the content, will scare people off and have this page fail resulting in a worse game for all of us.

I think a major difference between the two of us is that you have played (or still play) mc on the pc as well where as I come in fresh. For example the cake getting destroyed thing, I think it's silly inconsistent unexpected behavior, you deem it by design (I'm guessing it's like that in the PC version too). The real question is, if you place something and remove it should it be destroyed or returned, the game does both with is illogical and inconsistent and therefor currently wrong. Either destroy everything upon removal or return everything or a subset based on it being a crafted product or raw resource. So long worded as I can be... :) What I'm trying to say is forget what you know about the PC version when reading a report, obviously someone found it worthwhile to report because something happened that they didn't expect to happen. --Z Doc 10:46, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

If you have a look at Xbox 360 Edition upcoming features that 4J Studios updated yesterday, you'll see that the MCX360 version is getting different fixes then the PC version back in the day; they seemingly are using the PC beta versions as a feature guideline whilst trying to resolve issues that are known and existed in those versions through patches. --Z Doc 11:19, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

random exploshons in the nether

i was on easy in the nether and i was getting some glow stone and when i got down from a tower of netherack and i was getting the glow stone dust when it started to explode i was so shocked i dident save and i set the game to peacefull and this did not happen why? by bee (124.187.253.83 23:22, 7 June 2012 (UTC))

Those random explosions are exploding fireballs shot at you by Ghasts, basicly they are flying creepers that shoot at you instead of suicide bombing like creepers. --Z Doc 10:48, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Signing of bug reports

The reporting guidelines state Sign your report with --~~~~ so that we know who reported the bug. . However as we all can see 97% of the reports are unsigned. ok.. so i was mining really far underground looking for diamonds, and at one point i just couldnt mine any further through my shaft.. my pick wouldnt make contact with the stone.. so i was forced to dig a diffeernt way as the game wouldnt let me go any further down taht way.. i think this bug is pretty game breaking as i am fairly certain that diamond was down that path.

stuck under water then dying

Ok let me see if I can explain this. I thought I read something simular to this, but couldn't find it.

What happens is I am under water and have plenty of air and I start taking damage for no reason. It also is very hard to get out of the water while being hurt. This has happened at least 3 times to me, the last time I died in 3 block water. nothing was around me to stop me from leaving.

Also game was on peaceful. if that matters

This may be do to not having the right amount of space for a proper "air pocket". Do make sure that when getting air that the "air pocket" is one block in size and that you stay in the pocket for atleast one second. As for the "hard to get out" part that is by design and is not a bug (though it may be changed in future updates) Thank you for posting this and remember to sign your post to keep them from being over looked. --Ichi 14:17, 20 June 2012 (UTC)

/nod Also yanking the plug can cause data on your hard drive etc to become damaged and may need to be removed or repaired using pc software (which may cause you to be labeled as a modder/hacker and become banned). Try to keep in mind that it can take 10sec-5min for the error report to be sent. So just wait a bit then press your power button ONCE!! Then wait for your system to power down on its own! (If it doesn't power down on its own in 10min you may need to unplug it still). --Ichi 14:28, 20 June 2012 (UTC)

file save

hello can anyone tell me how to give my friend my save file because he does most of the work and it would be eaiser if it was now officaly his world. -thanks

Now Microsoft will say this is modding or hacking. But really its not! It's data transfer. Is what you do is put your save file on a flash drive and look up 360revalution (i may have messed up the spelling but idc). Change the device ID and stuff then have your friend put it on his system then there you go! (This may or may not get you ban. If it does just gripe that its nothing more than a data transfer which they let you do through your systems menus. Then they might un-ban you.) You can also down load maps the same way. Just google "Minecraft: X-box 360 Edition Maps Down-loads" and it should pull a few up. The censors are not built into Minecraft. They are the result of a filter that applies to all text entered into user-created content on Xbox LIVE. A year ago, I made an effort to document all wrongfully-censored terms in Halo: Reach, and I can tell just by looking that both games -- made by completely different developers -- censor the exact same words.

"Basic", "monster", "basement", "mystery", "puzzle", "glitch"... These words, and countless others, have been wrongfully blocked for a long time -- some for months, some for over a year -- because Micro$oft doesn't know how to competently manage a filter.

I go to save the game. then Exit with out saving.. and go back to play later and go to load my world and it doesnt do anything but jus sit on the screen that says mine craft and the back ground scrolls.doesnt initalize or nothing can someone explain to me whats wrong how to fix it??? This has happen to me not once not twice but several time and i have spent hours building shit and it jus Vanishes and im really getty sick of it.. Is anyone else having this problem?

• Your console ID may have gotten messed up. You will need to make a new map and put both the new map and old one on a flash drive; then use Horizon or some other program to copy and past the console ID from the new map to the old map. That should fix it. --Ichi (Talk) 19:44, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

It isn't fake.He made that portal on a beach in the real world,and the game ronadmly generated a portal in a cave of the Nether he turned into a house. The places don't have to look alike for portals to form, it just ronadmly formed.

Weird Glitch

2 people were playing Minecraft on my 360, when out of nowhere a copy of my character started following and doing the exact same thing as one of the other persons characters. My profile was signed out, only their two profiles were signed in. There are only two controllers. This was not online, it was on split screen. When I tried to whack the copy of my character using one of their controllers, it hit right back. It's kind of wacky, wondering if anyone else had the same issue. This has NOTHING to do with Herobrine! I am not being stupid!

I had a few friends playing in a PvP world I built, and a copy of my friend was in the middle of a bridge. The game was very laggy and I had spawnkilled him on the bridge earlier in the game, but he knocked me off and when I respawned, I went back to the bridge to find a copy of him that could not be pushed, had no gamertag, could not be damaged and no one else was able to see it. Possible wolf bug

Redstone torches dying

in my sp world on my xbox, my inverter i had for a piston door would stop working because the redstone torch "burnt out" or "died", i did whatever i could to fix it but it would keep happening

Dunno if this will answer this but here is some facts that I pulled off of a page on this wiki... Redstone torches will burn out when switched between the on and off states too often (8 or more off-on-cycles within 100 ticks or approximately 5 seconds). This typically happens when the player creates an infinite feedback loop by inadvertently or purposely wiring a redstone torch back into itself (a one clock). This will cause the torch to apply a current to itself thus turning it off and removing current allowing the torch to come back on and once again apply current to itself. This will cause the torch and any mechanisms wired to it to rapidly activate and deactivate repeatedly and could crash the game depending on the complexity of the mechanism. This is likely why Notch programmed the torches to burn out. Redstone torches can also burn out if one clicks a lever quickly and repeatedly with the lever being hooked up to a redstone torch or leads a wire from the torch, up one block, and reconnects it to the torch. BTW, this was cited from this page, http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Redstone_torch. If this didn't help then I advice you to save the map and exit out or shut down your xbox and restart it.

Wheat Bug

when building wheat farms there is a bug that on certain block will delete the seeds and not give them back I beat the game the only effin problem is that etimyvere i beat it right before it reaches the credits my game crashes. The main issue with these games, Crashes that make you start all over again and the last part(spoiler) has 3 bosses you must face simultaneously all getting stronger. The last boss is no issue since Neron(spoiler) and his sopia plus all of the ophanim help you overcome amon the creator or so he is called.If you played the 1st I would definetely reccomend the sequel 9 out of 10

white wool mess up

Ok well this is a glitch or bug and its rated an [A] in my book; but white wool is easy to obtain from sheep. But I had gray wool and needed white wool...... so I went to the crafting table decorations section and it says need bonemeal and WHITE WOOL needed and it should be any color I would like this fixed this is a bug castle builder 70133 wants fixed

The easy solution is to use the bone meal as a dye on the sheep themselves. It is indeed counter-intuitive that you can't use the bone meal to redye the wool itself, but its more efficient to dye the grey/brown sheep white anyways. --TheKillerBuddha

Disconnecting from xbox live

Strange problem i have while playing multiplayer on xbox live, randomly i will lose connection to xbox live. It takes a moment my friends notice first glitching through map and other random stuff. then i DC and in order to get back on and let my friends join i have to restart my xbox. At first i thought it was my internet but my pc worked fine every time it happens, then i thought it might be my xbox(but its new) and it only does it while playing minecraft. what could possible be the problem ive cleared my cache and deleted and re-downloaded the game multiple times?

Pickaxe "glitch/bug" (XBox 360 edition)

Ok lets say; you've been mining with a stone pickaxe and it is almost dead.... one more hit and it's broke.... and when you mine it... the mined block dissipers and you can't pick it up... this "glitch" is usally not a problem, but when mining diamond, iron ore, or gold ore it really sucks.... notch fix this please. :) Also if this has happend to someone please say so I don't sound like a complete idiot.

First off please stop useing so many spaces in your post. Second sounds like a glitch that already has been posted by myself. The only fix i have found is to back out to the dashboard and reload the game. If this doesnt work; break the redstone and rebuild from the ground up. Also make sure it isn't a three torch pulser. Use 4 redstone reapters instead; you may need more skill at getting the torch down and breaking it fast enough to start the pulse but it never really breaks down the way torches do. And also if you just mean it stops its' self when you quit the game it's by design. Nothing is spawning

I made a mob trap but nothing is spawning, i am far away enough and close enough, i am on easy, there is no light in it, but there just nothing spawning in it

It maybe that mobs are spawning else where (i.e. underground). Try making your mob trap high in the air and it should help. That or if you have alot of wolves the entity count maybe too high try killing some of them. --Ichi (Talk) 17:00, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

lots of extremely weird bugs happening at once

when i saved and quit my world and loaded it again i teleported to the surface(i was in a underground mob grinder)with different items in my hotbar(i still had the same items)when i went down to the redstone room there where 6 creepers in it where it was all fully lit i ran down to my slime farm and it took 1 minute to get down the stairs due to another bug where i get glitched in place when i got down to it all the slimes where dead this wasn't the odd part it was the fact that they died in the middle of it with nothing to kill them does anyone know what happened to me?2.218.160.135 19:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

Full Version and Trial

I recently bought MC. I redeemed the code on 1 of my 3 Xboxes, and then downloaded it again on another. I played for a while and then took that Xbox to my Dads 2nd home (this does not have Wi-Fi). I went to open the game and all it says is "Play Trial", as I've said before, I downloaded the fll game on the Xbox that only offered "Play Trial".

I loaded the game and tried to get at my 2 saved files but it only took me onto the Tutorial. I played for the length of the tutorial and tried again but still no joy, it says I have to buy the full version and then after that it comes up with an error message. I checked my storage and it says i've downloaded the full game and it still has my 2 worlds saved.

Does anyone know how to get the full game back or have the same problem?

Try hooking into the net and see if that re-unlocks the game. If it doesn't; delete the game not your saved data and re download the game. This may not help either however as you used a code to un-lock the full game and I am unsure on how that works with downloaded content on the Xbox. I tried what you said but stil nothing has happened. I deleted the game, hooked up to the net and played the game, it was the full version. I then exited minecraft, turned off the internet and opened the game and it says I only have the trial version again, if this is a bug, can Mojang or whoever runs it now get it fixed or if it's intentional, WHY? I don't know if it hs got anything to do with it being the second Xbox I downloaded it on but it was the same Gamertag so it should work, shouldn't it?

I've had a similar issue recently. I have MC360 on my Xbox. My wifi went down the other day, and when I loaded into MC, I was only able to access the trial. I then wired the console into the net via Ethernet cable, loaded MC, and it was there just fine. I unplugged the cable to go back offline, and was still able to access the full game, albiet without being able to host multiplayer. Just to test, I powered my Xbox off and on again, remaining disconnected from the internet. Redstone Inverter bug?

I was attemtping to make an elevator by stacking pistons on top of each other using an inversion tower system that should work in theory and works until I get to about 7 and then some of the pistons stop working, but at 6 the pattern is working fine and it doesnt change all the way up. Can somebody help me? Is it a bug?

Issue with Splitscreen Creative mode Xbox 360 Edition

When trying to play Creative mode in splitscreen the second player can fly,move,place blocks and do everything that you can normally do except the second player cant move the camera turn around or look up and down. They can move from side to side but thats about it, I was wondering if this is affecting anyone else and if its just affecting me does anyone have a solution?

Split Screen Log in/out

I was playing offline with my sister on the same Xbox (split screen), and she got up to leave for bed, then naturally logged her profile out while the game was still running. I was player one and the owner of the world we were playing on, yet when she logged out it also logged me out and I lost everything up to the last save. Is this an Xbox issue, or Minecraft issue? the weird moving pressure plate side

Kill it with fire! No really im not just being a smart ass. Slimes are very weak to fire. Also when changing the game mode from easy+ to peaceful it doesn't kill all the mobs like on PC. half trees?

The Nether's Zomie pestering Pigman glitch

This is really an annoyance. I went to the Nether to get Netherack and saw a Zombie Pigman. My hunger was low so I tried to kill it. It killed me and I thought "No problem! Just get my stuff and put it in a chest!" So I got my stuff back and went back to the overworld. I started to climb a ladder , but then I got attacked. I looked all over the place , no mobs in sight , ANYWHERE! Eventually I took too much damage from the ladder and died. I looked at the death message to see how I died and the exact words were "ChantJr18 was slain by Zombie Pigman" I COULDN'T KILL HIM BUT HE COULD KILL ME?! Can't sleep in a bed.

Backstory: I have a bed in a house (a bunch of large trees together that have been hollowed out with a ladder leading up to it). I have used this bed a lot, it is place on two wooden planks. I have never had issues with it not being safe. One time i was a little anxious to go to sleep that night. It was getting dark and i go up to it but it isn't exactly night yet so it says "you can only sleep at night" so i spam it a little and fill my screen with the text.

Problem: Then i go outside to kill some skeletons and come back and aim at the bed and hit left trigger but nothing happens, no text or anything.

My Attempted Solutions: I pick the bed up and replace it a few times and tried newly crafted beds but it still doesn't work. I put it in different places near that area but it doesn't work until I go up into another tree and place it there. every once in a while it will let me sleep in the first bed, but at random times it won't.~~Lava Bucket

I've had this problem too in the current 1.9 update what it is, is that there is a hostile mob nearby and it wont send you the message about it-rymanfx99

Creative to Survival

Ever since 1.8 , some of my worlds that were survival have shown up as creative mode. THANK GOD IT DIDN'T HIT MY FAVORITE WORLD. This is still annoying because I can't get achievements on my youtube server and I had to start the series over.

Breading

the End Portal bug

the end portal bug is that when I get to the portal I try to put the eye of ender into the frames but they won't go in! so i am waiting to get to the end and beating the Enderdragon so please notch make the end possible to beat in Xbox version!

Blocks on the edge of the world

One cannot put blocks on the outermost part, which is fine*, but if water and lava is poured on it, It can create obsidian or cobblestone on the boundary... Whereas the most blocks can still be destroyed by explosions, creating obsidian becomes an irreversible action, which goes against the concept of MC... No matter what I do, Blazes won't spawn in Nether Fortresses. I have the fully updated version, and in the "What's New" page in the "How To" section it says Blazes are supposed to be in the game. Note that I only play offline creative.--97.84.149.235 19:54, 16 April 2013 (UTC)

Are you on a HD tv? I had this problem while I was playing on a friend's older TV but was fixed once I got home and was hooked back up to my flat screen.

OH!OH!I KNOW! You have to be connected to an HDMI cable! Its this cable that you plug into the back of the TV. If you don't have one IDK where you get one!

Option for creative mode gone?

I tried to load a creative mode game but all it will allow me to do is play survival. I've played creative mode on this xbox before but don't have the maps anymore because my brother deletes them all the time. Above the Difficulty bar there was a bar that let you choose survival or creative, but when i make a new game that bar isnt there. Where did it go??

mining glitch with TNT

wen u stack blocks up eleven times and put a pistin [oops] a reg and have a button or lever next to it and have the pistin [oops] sideways and put a redstonetorch 1 block in front of the pistin [oops] and put TNT on the end of the pistin [oops] and push or pull the lever the TNT will go to the torch and light and fall to the ground and blowup but it dosnt blow the grownd it is like it stayed were it lit and blow up the pistin and every thing were u put the blocks

Cool Glitches

OK. Hi people! I just want to share with you a couple cool glitches. I hope I get around to adding more but for now there will only be a few. Please feel free to add helpful tips and glitches in the Edit bar on the top of the screen. Here we go!

1.Almost x-Ray

Mine three blocks across and two down. Place two sticky pistons inside of the hole. Then get either glowstone or TNT and place two next to the sticky pistons. Get out of the hole and next to the sticky pistons mine a hole one block deep so the redstone can travel to both of the pistons. Then place redstone into the hole and make a redstone wire two more blocks over and then two up. Then go across two and place a lever. Go into the empty blocks in the hole, jump, and pull the lever. Yay! Now you can find all dungeons, strongholds, mines, and WHATEVER!

2.Odd Ender World

You must be on creative mode and invisible. Craft a map in The End. Fly off of the End Stone platform and then stop flying. If you followed these directions carefully as you fall you will not die and keep on falling.FOREVER!

3. Duplicate Enchanted Items

You must be on creative mode. Enchant an item. Place it into an item frame. Mine the item frame. Now you have two of your rare enchantment!

Suffocating in 2x2 Tunnel

When I am mining 2x2 tunnels I randomly either suffocate or just loose hearts. Word is going around that its Harobrine but I don't exactly believe that. Please help because I DON'T want to quit mining!

bug glitch

I was in the normal world as my friend was in the nether. my friend was by a ghast it blow fire charges at her. i was in the normal world and i saw the fire charges blow up in the normal world. is it a bug?

I was traveling in the nether trying to to put cobblestone around my portal, i didn't see any ghast and i didn't here one but out of no where i got hit and flew right into the lava. So i went back because i was mad(of course), so when one shot i couldn't hear anything so i turned my volume all the way up and i still couldn't hear anything. So it turns out i have to be like right next to one to know that it sees me. So mostly im even more terrified to go to the nether now that i can't here the most scariest thing about the nether(to me its ghast). (Updatestoslowyoutubebetter 21:03, 21 July 2013 (UTC))

biome switch bug Xbox 360 edition

Today the new 1.5 update was released and I downloaded it and in my world the biomes got switched. I lived in a forest biome then after the update it got changed to a snow/winter biome. All of the biomes got switched the landforms are the same but the biome changed.

animals circling uncontrollably

im not sure if its a bug or not (& dont know how to correctly report this, but...) im searching for food & spotted a chicken. I go to kill it untill i see it moving in a circle for a couple seconds. In another map, I'm trying to tame a ocelot till its head spins, too. this keeps me from taming it & kills time. The head spun in an angle the mob/animal/player would look right to left (or left to riht) repeatedly, but its not an owl & will turn his head completly around... Slabs and Sides of Stairs Cannot be Used to Place Torches nor Redstone

I encountered what I think is a bug that prevents players from placing such item like redstone and torches on the sides of stairs and slabs. I think I remember having done that once, but when restarting the game without saving, I never could reproduce those same results. I also found that upside down slabs are painstaking to place as they can only be placed under an adjacent block. Minecraft won't work

HELP! I downloaded minecraft on my xbox 360 account. But I don't have a hard drive it says memory unit. Anyways I now have a new account because I forgot the password on my old account. But I still use the same xbox. It says I never bought or downloaded minecraft. Is there anyway I can get it back without going on my old account because I don't know my password? HELP!

Xbox Crashing Upon Death

For a While even in Tu 12 my Xbox has frozen on my map when ever I die. This map has had many builds on it so I think that there may be too many blocks on it. With that one day the crashing stopped. This event occurred when i went in and then out of nether portal and then the same with an end portal. My map was working well for a week and then the problem started reoccurring. I then have started abandoning the map with it's 12 mini games and adventure maps on it. I have long mourned over the map.

Now the problem has been to hard to let go this time. Now me and my friend have been working on a castle map for a total of FOUR MONTHS. This build is huge. It ranges over 600 by 600. It has around 11 stories on the main building with each floor 4 blocks tall extravagantly made in fantasy texture pack. It was going to be the next big thing like Railbusters, but no as we get ready to start trying to thrive in our new castle in survival. The old xbox looks down and says those guys look happy. Lets make there last FOUR MONTHS OF HARD WORK GO DOWN THE DRAIN!!

The map will not operate on survival what so ever. Ever time my friend dies or is on the map longer than 5 minutes, in survival his xbox will freeze. This map was worked on non stop for four months. I worked on my mini games map for over a year. Please stop this Mojang don't make another creative mind have it's hopes and dreams broken in front of it again. I think it is horrible that your reward a person's hard work with a nice ol crashing of your map. I have tried using the end portal to fix the crashing but as i return to the over world the xbox crashes like in survival mode. My last attempt was to put my bed away from my build (which was hard cause there is so much) and it still crashed.

If anyone knows how to fix this please respond.

TU14 dark screen split screen

I updated to TU14 today, and me and my roommate tried split screen for the first time. I started a new world and now every game I join my world is way darker and I cannot look around using the right stick!

Nevermind! turns out all of my settings just got messed up!
