Archives of finished requests

This page is for collaboratively verifying changes that others have made on the wiki. Both admins and patrollers have the ability to mark pages and edits as patrolled as a way of verifying an edit. By extension, they can also mark edits to confirm the validness of the information added by them, but sometimes they cannot themselves. Using this page one can request help with patrolling an edit for a specified reason, so others can take over and/or help.

By sharing unpatrolled edits on this page, and helping eachother communicate back what you know and find, it is easier to spot and deal with false information, misinformation and sneaky vandalism. This also helps to share verified information as a backlog of facts.

How does this work

  1. A patroller or administrator posts a {{/request|?|Question?|diffs=123456}} (click link for documentation) on this page, asking for the verification of a single piece of factual information with a link to each related unpatrollable edit. These requests are sorted by the page the edits relate to, under a linked header.
  2. Another trusted editor (might be a patroller or a non-patroller) answers the request by providing sourced information to contribute to verifying the unpatrollable edits. This may require play-testing or fact-checking, just recalling from memory is not useful.
  3. If full verification requires additional work/replies, the request is marked as "wip" for the progress icon, to show it isn't finished yet. Repeat point 2
  4. When enough information is gathered to fully verify the edits of the request, a patrolling user may mark the related edits as patrolled and then mark the request as "done" for the checkmark icon. This may be the user who originally posted the request, or another patrolling user.

Confirming/patrolling edits

In this section, all (questionable) edits are listed that cannot be patrolled yet until someone can confirm their correctness. Please reply to each individual list item as if it were a talk page, to explain/confirm/debunk whether the related edit(s) is/are correct or not. This may require play-testing, research or some other reliable source.

Bone Meal[edit]

When coral was introduced in Bedrock Edition beta 1.2.14.2, could bone meal be used to generate them already? Diffs: 1252671

Chicken[edit]

Can chickens spawn in the Nether? References MCBug:41929 but Mojira is not loading. Diffs: 1314531

Mojira is loading for me. The bug is closed by Nathan Adams as Works as Intended. He states chickens in the Nether are the result of chicken jockeys losing their rider (the previous conversation seems to imply the rider and the mount have separate and different despawning conditions). --AttemptToCallNil (report bug, view backtrace) 09:23, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Am I correct to assume then that the edit was false, chickens cannot spawn separately in the Nether, just happen to be encountered that way if its rider despawned? – Jack McKalling [ Grid Book and Quill.png Grid Diamond Pickaxe.png ] 09:25, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
This is what Dinnerbone's comment seems to imply, yes. --AttemptToCallNil (report bug, view backtrace) 09:26, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
That's indeed the case; the edit was already patrolled, but I now removed that text too. FVbico (talk) 10:02, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Classic 0.0.21a 01 and Classic 0.0.13a[edit]

In which of these updates was water made transparent? Diffs: 1249364 • 1249374

Conduit[edit]

Do conduits give the status effect if you're in contact with rain, on legacy console editions? Diffs: 1265926

Confirmed in PS4. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 20:50, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

Coral[edit]

Does coral now drop itself only with the Silk Touch enchantent in Bedrock, like also in Java Edition? Diffs: 1250410 • 1250411

Doesn't seem to drop at all, whatever you try. -Pepijn (talk) 09:58, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
So how do you suggest to fix these edits? I'm really confused. It appears they're sying that it does drop, but requires Silk Touch, just like how it works in Java. So you're sure that is false for corals in Bedrock Edition, in that it drops nothing even with the enchantment? – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 08:27, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
Can confirm what pepijn said, I tried to fix it, go and look (I'll keep this open until it's good). FVbico (talk) 11:56, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

Dolphin[edit]

Can dolphins (still) ride in boats in Java as well as Bedrock edition? Diffs: 1218233 • 1219710

I tested in 1.13 and it doesn't look like they can. Might need some more thorough testing, though.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 14:04, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
It was a bug in Java Edition, has been fixed. -Pepijn (talk) 09:54, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
So I understand they indeed cannot ride boats in Bedrock edition, because it wasn't intended behaviour in the first place. All right, then the edits are partially correct, and the incorrect part of this has already been fixed. I can mark this request as done. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 08:34, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

Do dolphins immediately start to suffocate when transported into the nether from the overworld without creative mode? Diffs: 1231904

No, this is false information (and it doesn't matter if you use creative or not, the dolphin's air value will not be affected by your gamemode) FVbico (talk) 12:04, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

Drowned[edit]

Has the spawn rate for drowned that spawn with a trident been changed to 2% on Java? Diffs: 1251306 • 1251471

I don't think the chances ever changed. But don't take my word for it. FVbico (talk) 14:03, 16 August 2018 (UTC)

Is this true about the sounds of drowned in Bedrock Edition? Diffs: 1217915 • 1249407

I've patrolled the second diff here already, because a {{verify}} was added to it later. But it still needs te be verified. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 12:06, 6 August 2018 (UTC)

Was it really in 1.13-pre1 that drowned got a swimming animation (it's not listed there)? Diffs: 1228208

New swimming animation not present in 18w21a, but present in 18w22c. Still should be narrowed down. – Sealbudsman talk | contribs 02:02, 7 August 2018 (UTC)
The new swimming animation is now also mentioned on the 1.13-pre1 page in this edit. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 10:25, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

Drowned spawn in bodies of water, but do they specifically only do so under sea level? Diffs: 1257367

Partially checked: Only naturally spawns in ocean and river biomes; zombies can convert inside any body of water. Lê Duy Quang (Make some words | Contributions) at 9h49:17 | 26/9/2019 (UTC)
Fully checked: Naturally spawning drowned in rivers can spawn at any height level, in oceans can only spawn at least 6 blocks below the ocean level. Lê Duy Quang (Make some words | Contributions) at 10h15:08 | 26/9/2019 (UTC)

Do drowned really not naturally spawn in warm oceans, at light level of 7 or lower? Diffs: 1267144

Emerald Ore[edit]

Does emerald ore continue to stay generated in mountains, even if the world is customized? Diffs: 1239275

Yes, the generation of emerald ore is based on the biome, with customized, mountains still generate emerald ore; however, that line makes it sound like “there’ll always be more emerald ore than dismond ore in mountains”, which won’t be true when diamond ore chances are incremented.
The edit passed the date for patrollability, just saying. FVbico (talk) 10:17, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
The expiration date is what it is, but we could rephrase the sentence. Interpreting what you're saying, would it be correct to state Customizing the world does not affect emerald ore generation instead? – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 14:55, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
Yes. FVbico (talk) 14:59, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
Thanks, I rephrased it and finished this request. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 15:02, 5 December 2018 (UTC)

End city[edit]

What is the rarity of ships generated in end cities? Diffs: 1433855

End Portal Frame[edit]

Do end portal frame blocks transmit redstone power, or can a comparator only produce a signal from the block due to the filled-state of the portal frame? Diffs: 1255028

I tested this myself already, and at least in JE 1.12.2 comparators are only able to pick up the filled-state of the block, not a redstone signal that runs into the block. Neither weak nor strongly powering the portal frame outputs any signal. There is still the possibility that some other edition does allow redstone powering the portal frame however, this needs to be tested. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 21:34, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
Also tested in latest snapshot 18w50a, same result. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 23:14, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

Flower[edit]

Do roofed forests generate flowers the same way as regular forests? Diffs: 1246401

Yes, verified (although it took me forever to do so because of the lag I'm getting... ). Edit is too old to patrol, however.--Madminecrafter12 (Talk to me | View what I've done) 23:14, 2 June 2019 (UTC)

Can the iron golem's dropping of poppies be affected by Looting? Diffs: 1253845

No, the loot table does not have any looting_enchant functions at all. FVbico (talk) 20:50, 6 November 2018 (UTC)

Glowing Obsidian and Nether Reactor Core[edit]

Were these blocks fully removed from the game in Bedrock Edition beta 1.10.0.3? Diffs: 1313969 • 1314032

Seems like it, you can no longer setblock them. Though will have to see what happens if you load a world with them in it. FVbico (talk) 08:50, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Existing blocks remain, you just can't give or set them in-game anymore; they still exist. Marked as patrolled, and edits were already undone. FVbico (talk) 10:09, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Ice[edit]

Is it at least Efficiency 3 on a diamond pickaxe that ice blocks can be instantly broken with? Diffs: 1257894

That is indeed correct; it can't be patrolled now due to the edit having been made past the expiry time but I've tested it in the game and I got the same results. Marking as done.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 18:15, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Igloo[edit]

Did igloos really lose the ability to spawn with different colored beds in bedrock 1.10.0.3 beta? Diffs: 1314621

Comment this was a parity issue with Java Edition, and is listed on my parity issue list, which I know for a fact that the devs are looking at; so this may be a result of the list. FVbico (talk) 09:13, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Found some only with a red beds, so this is now verified. Good to know mojang is looking at the list. :) FVbico (talk) 11:44, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

Infested Block[edit]

Does letting silverfish infest stone bricks (variant) blocks or cobblestone blocks turn these blocks all into just Infested Stone (or "Stone Monster Egg"), in Bedrock Edition? Diffs: 1259928

Are infested blocks available in the creative inventory in Legacy Console editions (as Silverfish Blocks)? Diffs: 1264743

Yes – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 06:23, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

Java Edition[edit]

What are the recommended requirements for macOS? Diffs: 1298241

Java Edition 1.13[edit]

Can players jump across a gap of 6 blocks when sprinting under the Slow Falling status effect? Diffs: 1246675

Looks like Pokechu22 already patrolled the edit without reverting. However, I tried in Java to jump 6 blocks and I could not get there, no matter how straight of a path I went or how close to the edge I jumped from. Just want to check in before marking this as done. =)-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 15:51, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
@Pokechu22: Do you want to respond to this? Curious if you've confirmed this or not. Either way's fine, it just would be nice to know.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 16:09, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
Unable to reproduce (around 30 times). Reverting edit, and going to clarify that 6 block gap is only possible when starting point is 1 block higher, as this is the only way I could get it to work. Even if an extreme pixel-perfect performance would result in a 6-block gap in a flat scenario, this will not be useful to anyone. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 20:46, 5 November 2018 (UTC)

Are these new GUI resolution values accurate? Diffs: 1249355 • 1249368

The first three are indeed called 1, 2 and 3 now, but I don't have a big enough monitor to test the bigger values right now. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 22:44, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
For me it allows a gui scale of 4 when I have a maximized window, if it's the normal startup size for me, it goes up to 2, so it seems accurate. FVbico (talk) 11:45, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
Can we consider the request done now? Seeing as I have access to GUI scale 4, and jack doesn't, verifying the second edit (partially). FVbico (talk) 09:59, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
Yes, thanks. Edits were both expired, so this is done now. – Jack McKalling [ Grid Book and Quill.png Grid Diamond Pickaxe.png ] 10:35, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Java Edition 1.14[edit]

Are there going to be 9 or 10 new cat skins for Java Edition 1.14, seeing there might be 10 already in Bedrock edition? Diffs: 1265906 • 1265927 • 1265933

8, as there's 13 files now, one is the ocelot, and red, black (tuxedo) and siamese already existed before, and then there's the new collar texture. So both were wrong, and it seems it's already corrected and patrolled. FVbico (talk) 11:50, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

Kelp[edit]

If a kelp stalk part is broken, does it break only all parts above it? And secondly, does it have a growth height limit of 24 blocks? Diffs: 1246816

1. Only blocks above break, the one below the hit one will turn to kelp instead of kelp_plant. FVbico 20:22, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
I can confirm that. It also seems the 24 value is accurate, but not in the context of the edit. The current mechanic on the page is correct however, so no change is needed. Kelp can naturally only grow an age of 0–24 in the talk, with the top +1, which is 26 blocks total. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 01:05, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

Does placing kelp in downward flowing water turn it into a source block? Diffs: 1247127

Can only be placed in source blocks last time I checked. FVbico 20:22, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
FVbico is correct for JE, based on my checking, so I've updated the article accordingly. However, it will need to be tested in BE before the edit can be patrolled.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 23:41, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
Actually, the edit was correct. Or at least by now in 18w50a. You can't place kelp in flowing water. But you can place kelp in a downward flowing non-source water column and it will turn its block space into a water source. So I'm going to modify it to make this clearer. Going to finish this request now that it wasn't actually incorrect to begin with - just misinterpreted. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 23:42, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

Does kelp not naturally generate in frozen oceans? Diffs: 1277834

Leaves[edit]

Can leaves really make observers pulse? Diffs: 1245136

The wording is VERY arbitrary. They can make observers pulse, but only if the distance block state changes (the nearest log/wood is (re)moved), so I'm removing this line, as it's still a block state change, and not actually random pulsing. FVbico (talk) 20:54, 6 November 2018 (UTC)

Panda[edit]

Do playful baby pandas have different movement logic than others, such as falling off cliffs and wandering into water? Diffs: 1303934

Nope, wrong. Although baby pandas temporarily "loose" movement logic as they roll over, such as rolling off a cliff, they don't deliberately walk off of it, even if they follow your bamboo. This is very likely intended, the same thing also applies to hopping bunnies. Wandering into water works exactly the same, if they roll they can (unintentionally) fall into it, but never intentionally move into it. Making them follow you with bamboo will not prevent them walking into water however, it's not like they can't swim. So baby pandas behave exactly the same as any other from these findings. Reverting. – Jack McKalling [ Grid Book and Quill.png Grid Diamond Pickaxe.png ] 09:47, 22 January 2019 (UTC)

Do lazy pandas ignore all entities and players? Diffs: 1304542

No, again this is false information. Lazy pandas lying on their back will not follow you if you hold bamboo. They will follow you if they're walking, and even when they're not, they're still looking at you as you move, so "ignoring" is just misleading. Tested in 19w03c, reverting. – Jack McKalling [ Grid Book and Quill.png Grid Diamond Pickaxe.png ] 10:09, 22 January 2019 (UTC)

Phantom[edit]

Do phantoms not fly up or down when under the effects of Jump boost? Diffs: 1256553

Tested and they can fly up or down when under the Jump Boost status effect. Reverted and marking as done. Possibly a glitch at the time that was fixed in a later version.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 18:40, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Could players die when falling in the void in this edition and is "All mobs in Pocket Edition Alpha 0.6.1 are still in the game's code but they can only be spawned by loading a Pocket Edition map with mobs" true? Diffs: 1294868 • 1294869

Snow[edit]

Can snow (layers) really fall by gravity now in legacy console editions, as well as in Bedrock editions? Diffs: 1259972

I found the edit that added this information, and added the diff to the list. I see that Nicolerenee patrolled the edit, but I suspect she might not have tested/known the fact. Tropical Fish (item)[edit]

Were clownfish renamed to tropical fish in the Bedrock Edition in 1.4? Diffs: 1256154

Turtle[edit]

Are turtles called "Turtle" in legacy console editions? Diffs: 1259493

They are **not** called sea turtle in bedrock, you can check this with the say command. (Just for those thinking that was wrong to begin with) FVbico (talk) 21:22, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
Okay, closing this topic now. The editor claimed the mob ID in LCE was "turtle" anyway, so they're just "turtles" in all editions. Any other item or block in game referencing "sea turtle" is just using a different name than the actual mob itself, eventhough the mob technically is indeed a "sea" turtle. Marking edit as patrolled and request as done. For future reference, best solution would be if turtles were renamed as sea turtles in the game, but that's up to Mojang. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 18:38, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
In PS4 the spawn egg is "Spawn Sea Turtle" and the egg is "Sea Turtle Egg". – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 20:58, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

Do turtles always drop one bowl when struck killed by lightning, as it used to say 0-1 but was changed to just 1? Diffs: 1266804

Yes. FVbico (talk) 20:56, 6 November 2018 (UTC)

Can turtles be picked up by a boat in Legacy Console editions, like in Java but not Bedrock? Diffs: 1277893

I spammed boats around some turtles in PS4 and they didn't seem to be able to get in. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 21:01, 23 May 2019 (UTC)
They seem to rather suffocate than get in boats. I spawned a ton of boats and a ton of turtles in a 3x2 area of water and they just climbed over the boats. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 21:05, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

Turtle Egg[edit]

Do turtle eggs fall by gravity? Diffs: 1257594

Not in Bedrock or Java. The infobox's "gravity" parameter was removed from the template anyways, so I removed it from the article. –Sonicwave talk 00:53, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

Underwater Ruins[edit]

Does the "size" of an underwater ruin chest here mean a single/double chest, as there are no images of double ones? Diffs: 1221569

I think it refers to the loot table, not sure. FVbico (talk) 14:13, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
It does. -Pepijn (talk) 09:45, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
It refers to single/double chest, or to the loot table? And if the latter, then does that mean the edit is false or correct? – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 09:48, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
It refers to the loot table; there’s no large chests in the ruins.
As for the edit it should be undone or rewritten, choose your pick. FVbico (talk) 21:46, 10 October 2018 (UTC)

In that case, it should be mentioned for all those structures, and not just one random one. Alternatively, explain centrally on the page that all chests execpt that one you mention, can all have the treasure maps in them. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 10:35, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
I already edited the page to do that; above the table I mentioned all chests can generate with a map, and the loot table lists below also say that already. FVbico (talk) 10:38, 6 December 2018 (UTC)

Update Aquatic[edit]

Is it really since 18w07c that the feature of a smooth transition to the camera when the player sneaks was added, as it's not mentioned on that page? Diffs: 1247876

The smooth transition was added in 18w07a as I tested. - Magiczocker (talk) 20:06, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

Village[edit]

Were zombie villages actually removed at some point in Java Edition, due to there not being any structure files for them? Diffs: 1306962

Have been re-added in 19w0?a. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 06:09, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
The zombie village structures desert and taiga were added in 19w04a and plains, savanna and snowy were added in 19w07a. The structures are located at data\minecraft\structures\village\<type>\zombie - Magiczocker (talk) 17:52, 12 August 2019 (UTC)

Villager[edit]

Is the green robed nitwit villager really Java edition only, and does not appear in Bedrock? Diffs: 1250680

If it really is, this statement should also be moved out of trivia, and marked as {{only|JE}} or similar, in the content. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 09:55, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
Apparently they were added in Bedrock Edition beta 1.10.0.3. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 06:08, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

What do the last 2 edits to the page even mean and are they accurate? Diffs: 1291364 • 1291365

I can't figure out what is meant. You could remove both for illegible reasons. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 15:31, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
Done; I've just reverted it. It's worth noting that the user (IP) has made a number of other edits to pages that are blatant or subtle vandalism and I'm about ready to block them if they continue vandalizing after the warning I gave them. I think they're the same subtle disruptive editor that we had many times before.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 15:35, 5 December 2018 (UTC)

Vines[edit]

Can an axe collect vines when it has the Silk Touch enchantment? Diffs: 1261368

Not in JE. Will have to have someone else test BE.-- Madminecrafter12Orange Glazed Terracotta.pngTalk to meLight Blue Glazed Terracotta.png 18:51, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
Not in bedrock either, maybe LCE? FVbico (talk) 12:07, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
Nope, not in PS4 either. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 21:12, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

Wandering trader[edit]

Spawn rates of the wandering trader. According to AntVenom this information is somehow wrong. Diffs: 1313560

Regarding what this previously said ("urgent" and "and he’s dissing us for it"), we shouldn’t care about that, the wiki is full of mis-information, just look at this whole page. If he’s attacking the wiki because it’s wrong, block it out by saying he should then correct it rather than badmouth us.
We can’t have everything right, especially for new content, it’s only been out for less than 2 days, and we’re not the developers. FVbico (talk) 08:33, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
This was resolved a while ago. FVbico (talk) 10:13, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Water[edit]

Is water now -1 transparent to light? Diffs: 1246615

I'm certain water was indeed changed in respect to light in 1.13, and I remember the value "2", but I'm just not certain of the exact value used in this edit. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 23:36, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
It's indeed -1 now, and the edit seems to be patrolled already. FVbico (talk) 20:49, 5 November 2018 (UTC)

Does water in Mushroom Islands/Fields biomes in LCE (how are they called in LCE?) have a purple colour, different from JE/BE? Diffs: 1266442

No, it's dark grey(ish). --Giorgosarv18 (talk/contribs) 13:16, 13 October 2018 (UTC)
Could you provide a source about that information? This page requires trusted sources, and you're not in the (auto)patroller usergroup yet. An image would be helpful. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 18:52, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
I'm not saying you need to be a patroller to be able to contribute, that'd be a misinterpretation of the edit warning at the top. I mean, this page needs proof for all statements for it to be effective, as we're already trying to verify information with this page. And if no sources are provided, any posted message here would need additional verification (which is overhead work). People in the (auto)patroller usergroup are already trusted by management and that changes things only slightly for them. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 13:41, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
Water in mushroom biomes is greyish purple. – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 21:16, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

Wheat Seeds[edit]

What is the name of this item in Legacy Console editions, wheat seeds or just seeds? Diffs: 1257557

"Seeds". – Nixinova Nixinova sig1.png Nixinova sig2.png 06:20, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

Wood[edit]

Was it Pocket Edition 1.0 build 1, now Pocket Edition alpha 0.17.0.1, where bark was added to BE placeable via setblock command? Diffs: 1245267

Woodland mansion[edit]

Do pillagers and illager beasts spawn in woodland mansions? Diffs: 1292534

Comment The Pillager and Illager Beast pages were also changed to state that they spawn in mansions (Special:Diff/1292539 and Special:Diff/1292545), but these edits were marked as patrolled. I reversed this change on the Woodland mansion page since I haven't been able to find any pillagers or illager beasts in 5 different mansions (in different worlds), and this change wasn't listed in the minecraft.net article or reported on the bug tracker; but I wanted to make sure in case I'm just getting unlucky. –Sonicwave talk 08:21, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
Just to clarify there, Dinoguy1000 patrolled that first edit, but he did not verify the information. I've discussed this with him on discord, and he is willing to adjust his patrolling in case we get consensus on how we should use the feature. – Jack McKalling [ Grid Book and Quill.png Grid Diamond Pickaxe.png ] 09:03, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Someone seems to have removed it with the statement "false information", I’m not sure if this should be kept open then, but... FVbico (talk) 08:52, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Nothing in the structure files, so it was false info indeed. FVbico (talk) 10:15, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
