The Mystery Merchant is a merchant found in Minecraft Dungeons. It sells random lootboxes to the player. It's found at camp.

Appearance

The Mystery Merchant is a mysterious-looking merchant, this is seen as it wears dark purple robes, with a dark purple hood covering his face. He wears dark purple gloves, with a blue shirt covered by a white shirt. It lastly wears brown pants and black sandals. Unlike normal Villagers, it possesses light blue eyes. It has a Wolf pet and is seen with a Tasty Bone in his camp stall.

Usage

The Mystery Merchant will sell different crates to the player. These crates are restockable with emeralds, and the amount of slots he has at a time can be increased by defeating Enchanted Mobs. He is able to sell the player melee crates, ranged crates, artifact crates, armor crates, and mystery crates. To unlock the Mystery Merchant himself, the player must find and free him in a specific location inside of Pumpkin Pastures.
