Squid Coast, Soggy Cave, Arch Haven, Lower Temple, Underhalls, Obsidian Pinnacle, Panda Plateau and ??? have never had any Daily Trial occour yet. Arch Haven and Underhalls had a daily trial for a few minutes after launch, but both of them were bugged, and got switched almost immediately.
