Additions[edit]

Blocks[edit]

Rail (NS) JE1.png Rails

Non-mob entities[edit]

Minecart JE1.png Minecart (item) JE1.png Minecarts
  • At the time, these were not rideable, and were used as portable storage, similar to the Minecart with Chest from modern Minecraft versions.
  • Right-clicking minecarts opens them like a chest (with the container called "Minecart"). Filling them up makes the "dirt" layer inside them rise.
Sand JE2.pngGravel JE2.png Falling Blocks
  • Called "FallingSand".
  • Appear when sand or gravel lose their base of support.

Changes[edit]

Blocks[edit]

Door
  • The texture of doors has been slightly darkened: changed from Oak Door JE2.png to Oak Door JE3 BE1.png.
Gravel and sand
  • Now fall realistically.

Gameplay[edit]

Void
  • Falling off bottom of the map now kills the player.
Sky
  • Rendering tweaked.
