13w21b is the ninth snapshot for 1.6.1, which was released to fix some of the bugs and crashes in the 13w21a snapshot.
This version was previously removed from the launcher for some time, but was added back in September 2018.

- MC-11605 – Certain death message will print "null" as the player/mob name that caused the death.
- MC-16554 – lang files for en_US is grammatically incorrect at death.fell.finish.item.

- MC-15815 – Enchanted Items stored in a Donkey / Mule lose enchantments on its death.

- MC-16143 – Sprinting and speed effect not working.
- MC-16144 – Server doesn't translate strings.
