What is the intent of this page if it was here? Is this suppose to be Wiki editing help, or Minecraft help, or what? I'd be more than happy to start building the page up. MrMatthew 16:27, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Since the entire wiki is effectively a Minecraft help site, I think this page should be for help on maintaining the Wiki itself. DannyF1966 18:45, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Easy Template Lists project

I have been busy with the Easy Template list project and I think that in the future this page should have a least a link to the Basic Template List page. Yet I wanted to ask first if this is a good idea. So what do you think? Should this page (somewhere) link to Template lists? Swpe 17:16, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

Sort of. The easiest way to do so is probably to edit your userpage and add a link with the name you want as a subpage of your userpage, and then to save your userpage, click the new link, and edit away. For instance, if you wanted to add a new "sandbox" subpage, you would edit your userpage, add the code [[User:Jeansowaty/sandbox]] somewhere on it, save, click the new link, and start editing. For other pages, just replace the "sandbox" in that code with the name of your choice. You should keep in mind, though, that these pages aren't private, in the sense that anyone will be able to see and edit them; there is no way to create a page that only you can see or edit. MY PC MINECRAFT IS BROKEN CAN ANY1 HELP?!!! PLZ

Well my minecraft is broken because when i click on it it says it's exactly. Fatal error occured(4): /Users/RM/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar

When I login, the page reads "done loading" but it does not completely load and I can't play

I'm on a mac and my dad deleted some files last night and today I can't play minecraft. We tried to delete all the downloads and start over, but that doesn't work either. When I enter my login information the play screen reads, "done loading" but the green bar is only about 90% of the way across the screen and it seems to freeze there. At the login screen, click 'Options', then 'Force update'. After you log in, it will re-download all the necessary game files. -- Orthotope 03:14, 19 December 2012 (UTC)

minecraft (xbox)

can't log in

I can not log in. It say's can not connect to minecraft.net in the launcher. And, on the website when I type in my username name and password it will say your username or password is incorrect- I have even tried using my email as my username still wont work. I have emailed Mojang tech support but still not heard back. Anyone have any advise?14:33, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

No Bin in .minecraft folder

Hi, I don't know if this is me doing things wrong or if its windows 8, but i dont have a bin folder and i would like to have one if anybody could instruct me on how o get one it would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
