Minecraft: Apple TV Edition is an adaptation of Minecraft Pocket Edition designed to run on the Apple TV. It was announced on October 27, 2016 and officially released on December 19, 2016.[1][2]
It lacks some minor multiplayer aspects like Xbox Live and Realms. However, LAN multiplayer and connecting to servers function normally.
